Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah strategi pembelajaran konflik kognitif berbantuan software wingeom dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasy Experiment Design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VIII SMP Negeri 22 Bandar Lampung tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis variansi satu jalur sel tak sama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis variansi satu jalur dengan sel tak sama, diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara strategi pembelajaran konflik kognitif berbantuan software wingeom dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact and interaction between Problem Based Learning integrated Islamic values and students' self-efficacy levels on their mathematical critical thinking skills. This type of research is Quasy Experimental Design. There are 2 data collection techniques used in the study, namely: questionnaires and tests. The hypothesis test used is two-way analysis of variance of different cells. The results showed that: 1) mathematical critical thinking skills with integrated Problem Based Learning Islamic values are better than using conventional learning; 2) the mathematical critical thinking ability of students who have high self-efficacy is better than having moderate or low self-confidence; 3) there is no interaction between the application of the Integrated Problem Based Learning model of Islamic values and students' self-efficacy on critical thinking skills and low self-efficacy.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berbantuan software swishmax yang berkualitas dilihat dari kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP PGRI 6 Bandar Lampung pada tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Penelitian pengembangan ini dirancang dengan mengikuti prosedur pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Penelitian ini latarbelakangi oleh masalah yaitu belum adanya media pembelajaran yang menarik yang digunakan oleh guru dan anggapan siswa bahwa pelajaran matematika itu sulit dan membosankan. Hasil pengembangan diperoleh tahap analisis yaitu analisis kurikulum, materi,  teknologi dan laboratorium ujicoba. Pada tahap desain diperoleh penyusunan alur materi pembelajaran, garis-garis besar isi dan tampilan media. Pada tahap pengembangan dilakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran dan penilaian aspek kevalidan. Pada tahap implementasi dilakukan ujicoba dalam kelas pembelajaran dan tes. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan analisis kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbantuan software swishmax yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Media pembelajaran dikatakan valid berdasarkan penilaian oleh ahli materi dan media menunjukkan angka sebesar 57,30 dan 72,50 yang termasuk kategori “sangat valid”. Media pembelajaran dikatakan praktis berdasarkan angket kepraktisan siswa menunjukkan angka sebesar 40,78 yang termasuk kategori “sangat praktis”. Media pembelajaran dikatakan efektif berdasarkan persentase ketuntasan siswa sebesar 89,28% yang dikategorikan sangat efektif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran matematika yang dikembangkan layak digunakan.Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran Matematika; software swishmax; ADDIE

Abstract

The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of the learning model on the mathematic communication of the students. The learning models compared were the reflective learning model with mathematics realistic in Islamic nuance and the direct learning model. The type of the research was a quasi-experimental research. Its population was all of the students in grade VII in MTs Al-Khairiyah Nature in academic year 2015/2016. The size of the sample was 44 students consisted of 22 in experimental class 1 and 22 in control class 1. The instruments used were mathematics communication test on the learning material of the polyhedron. The data were analyzed by using t-test. The conclusions of the research were as there is the effect of reflective learning model with mathematics realistic in Islamic nuance resulted in a better than the direct learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mathematical problem solving ability of learners who follow the learning by using an instructional model of maple assisted software assisted, with learners who use, study group investigation model, as well as learners who follow the conventional learning model conducted by researchers on participants Students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Metro. This type of research is a quasi experimental research with posttest only control design design. Hypothesis test using a one-way anava test with unequal cells and obtained the conclusion that the model of group investigation learning is better than an instructional model of maple assisted software group and both models of learning is better than conventional learning model. Based on the results of analysis and discussion of research data obtained that there is an influence on the ability of solving mathematical problems among students in class applying group investigation model assisted maple software, students in class apply only group investigation learning model, and students whose class apply the conventional learning model on the principal Discussion of the matrix.

Abstract

This research is comparative causal research with factorial design 3 × 1. The population of this research is all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Semarang. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling. The sample of this research is students of class VIII B and VIII D. The instrument used to collect data is a test of mathematical problem solving ability of learners. Prior to use for data retrieval, the test instrument of mathematical problem solving ability was first tested. Assessment of validity of test instrument contents by 3 validators. Hypothesis test using one way Anova test with unequal cell. The conclusion of this research is that learners who get the application of contextual learning model with Hands on Activity has better problem solving ability than students who are given contextual learning model and conventional learning model, while the application of contextual learning model has better mathematical problem solving ability than the participants Students provided a contextual learning model and conventional learning model.

Abstract

This study aims to test the feasibility of media-based learning Blog in learning mathematics on trigonometric subjects. This development research uses 8 stages from 10 stages of borg and gall method that are potential and problem, data collection, product design, product validation, product revision, product test, product revision and mass production. Learning media blogs are developed with the help of adobe flash which aims to provide some animation. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Batanghari class X students. The assessment instrument used was questionnaire of feasibility test by media expert, Expert of Material, and Questionnaire of student response. The results of the research are: 1) Based on the validation of material expert judgments obtained an average score of 4.65 is located in the category of "Very Good". Validation of expert media judgment obtained an average score of 4.35 in the category of "Very Good". Validation of the linguist's assessment obtained an average score of 4.5 that is in the category of "Very Good". In addition, the results of small-scale test responses of learners obtained a score of 4.23 on the criteria of "Very Good", and while on a large-scale test the learners' response to get an average score of 4, 19 is on the criteria of "Good". Thus it can be concluded learning media berbantuan blog is in good category and can be used in learning, especially on Trigonometry material.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine whether there are elements of mathematics contained in the intestine motif based on the concept of geometry. Subjects in this study consisted of 4 people obtained by purposive sampling technique. From the results of data analysis conducted by using descriptive analysis and discussion as follows 1) Intestinal embroidery motif contains the meaning of mathematics and culture or often called ethnomathematics. On the meaning of culture there is a link between the embroidery intestines with a culture that has been there before as the existence of cultural linkage between Hindu belief Buddhism and there are similarities of motifs and decorative patterns contained in the motif embroidery intestine with ornamental variety in Indonesia; 2) The relationship between the intestines with mathematical motifs there are elements of mathematics such as geometry elements in the form of geometry of dimension one and dimension two, and the geometry of transformation. The concept of one dimensional geometry is a line, while the two dimensions are elliptical and rhombic. The concept of transformation geometry includes reflection or reflection, in which case this reflection is most prevalent in a motif contained in the intestinal embroidery motif, dilation or diminution and enlargement, rotation or rotation and translation is a shift.

Abstract

The ability to understand a concept in the learning of mathematics is something that is required by each learner. But in fact show that in the learning process, teaching materials used have not trained learners in doing a discovery and learners less active in the learning process. This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of a didactic design module teaching materials Algebra on Mathematics Subjects for Class VIII Semester 1 Subject material Algebra in SMP Negeri 1 Pakuan Ratu. The teaching materials module with didactic design is a module in the form of a learner's guide which contains information, materials about Algebra, examples of problems as well as exercise questions, in accordance with the problems that natural learners on learning materials, this instructional material is made to petrify participants educated in solving problems on Algebra material. Based on the results of research, Didactic instructional materials developed by researchers deserve to be used according to the validation results of material experts, linguists, education practitioners, media experts, and help learners to learn more independently and comfortable in the learning process as well as learners are very interested in teaching materials (modules) of this didactic design.

Abstract

Mathematical communication ability of learners is still relatively low, this is allegedly caused by the conventional learning model that is still applied by educators. The authors in this study apply cooperative type model of TPS assisted investigative approach, because the type and approach is expected to be suitable to improve the mathematical communication ability of learners. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of Cooperative Learning Model Type Think Pair Share (TPS) assisted by an Investigation Approach to Mathematical Communication Ability. In this research including quantitative research because the data is processed in the form of numbers. Use experimental experimental quasy experiment type. To know the effect on the ability of mathematical communication owned peserta didiksetelah applied learning model is the purpose of the implementation of research. The instrument in this research is the test of mathematical communication ability on the matter of scale and comparison. Further data that have been obtained will be calculated by using Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) one unequal cell road. The result of this research is there is influence of thinking pair share learning model assisted by investigative approach to mathematical communication ability of learner, which in class which applied by model of learning pair help coupled with better investigation of mathematical communication ability compared with conventional learning model and TPS learning model.
