Abstract

The goal of this study is to investigate how the workplace environment affects teachers' job satisfaction in junior high schools. Between October and November 2022, this study was undertaken. The study's independent variable was the workplace environment, while the dependent variable was teacher job satisfaction. With a quantitative approach, this research methodology employs the ex-post facto method. Random sampling is the method used for sampling. The research tool utilized was a questionnaire with five different options for answers and a Likert scale score. While the t test is employed as a hypothesis test for the regression technique. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed is accepted based on the results of calculating the hypothesis with the t test between the work environment and teacher job satisfaction in junior high schools. The value of t-count > t-table (6.047 > 1.682) indicates that the work environment has a significant impact on teacher job satisfaction in junior high schools. The findings of calculating the coefficient of determination also demonstrate that, in junior high schools, the working environment contributes 46.5% to teacher job satisfaction. The work of teachers should be closely supervised by principals, who should also encourage them and reward their accomplishments, both material and non-material, to improve the level of job satisfaction among teachers.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to determine and evaluate the impact of teachers' professionalism and school leaders' managerial skills on the implementation of school-based management. Based on these goals, this study employs quantitative research techniques using a descriptive-inferential strategy. While primary data was gathered using a questionnaire instrument, secondary data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Following that, the data was prepared and subjected to path analysis with a mixed multiple regression model. The research population consists of junior high school principals and instructors. The sampling strategy samples the entire population using the Slovin formula, which, rounded up, will result in a total of 150 samples. Following an analysis of the study's findings, it was discovered that managerial competence of school principals has a significant direct effect on teacher professionalism by 81.6%, a direct effect on school-based management by 77.4%, a direct effect on school-based management by 75.4%, and a combined significant direct effect on both teacher professionalism and managerial competence of school principals by 75.4%. Thus, the professionalism of teachers through the managerial skill of school principals has a 60.7% impact on management at the school.

Abstract

Determine the relationship between organizational communication, training, and development, and teacher performance is one of the objectives of this study. 58 people totaled as respondents in this study, which used a saturation sample method. The basic data used in this study was collected through giving teachers questionnaires. The analysis approach used in this study, multiple linear regression, is carried out using the SPSS 22 program. The findings of this study suggest that training and development, organizational communication, and teacher effectiveness are all significantly impacted. Teachers' performance is concurrently greatly impacted by organizational communication, training, and growth.

Abstract

Pengembangan wirausaha memiliki peranan penting dalam kemajuan suatu wilayah yang menghadirkan transformasi ekonomi dalam pengembangan pariwisata dan UMKM untuk menciptakan pengembangan desa yang berkelanjutan. Salah satu program untuk mencapai program yang efektif tepat sasaran pada masyarakat adalah melalui kerjasama keterlibatan akademisi untuk melaksanakan program pendampingan mencapai target sasaran yang bernilai ekonomis bagi masyarakat lokal. Tujuan Pendampingan ini menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra yang berfokus pada manajemen pengolahan minuman sehat tanaman obat keluarga sebagai peluang bisnis produk masyarakat lokal dan pengembangan pariwisata edukasi di Desa Branjang. Metode pendampingan melalui beberapa tahapan identifikasi potensi, pelatihan & pendampingan, FGD, Evaluasi, dan Demonstrasi. Hasil Pendampingan menciptakan wirausaha baru yang produktif dalam produk kreatif dan inovatif sebagai peluang bisnis dalam pariwisata melalui pemanfaatan tanaman toga yang mensejahterakan ekonomi masyarakat menjadikan unggulan desa wisata di Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to learn more about school principals' transformational leadership approaches to the digitization of education. Which aims to provide an overview of the principal's transformational leadership strategy as well as his role in empowering and utilizing digital technology in the learning process so that later students will have competencies developed through digitalization. Research is conducted using a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data sources included people, locations, and field-gathered documents. The study's findings indicate that in order for school principals to exercise transformational leadership in the field of education, they must possess the following abilities: The principal's transformational leadership strategy in influencing digitalization involves providing opportunities to develop teacher professionalism in digitalization and encouraging school change in general. Leadership plays a significant part in promoting and enhancing school quality, and it is the duty of school principals to grow their institutions through coaching and school digitalization to foster positive teamwork. School principals who increase their competence in the field of digitalization are able to make schools receive awards for their achievements in digital form, make children happier learners because it can make the learning process easier, and have positive values in the work environment, get work motivation, and have positive interpersonal relationships with digitalization. other schools, as well as having digitalization skills to develop their talents and having support from the leadership at the school.

Abstract

Pengaruh kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Hotel Cakra Kembang Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan hotel Cakra Kembang Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan metode dan teknik pengambilan sampel diperoleh sebanyak 29 responden yang sesuai dengan kriteria. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert 5 point. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji normalitas, uji simultan (uji F), uji persial (uji t) dan uji koefisien determinasi (uji R2 ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi adalah kategori baik. Atas semua, pengaruh peran kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan mencapai 74,1%.
