Abstract

The present Field Work Lecture activity aimed to: 1) provide an information service medium in the form of a bulletin board at school, 2) help students receive regular information services, 3) help students develop themselves and their ability to make decisions through the provision of concrete information services, and 4) facilitate Guidance and Counseling teachers to provide interesting and innovative information services. This activity applied the observation method and carried out work and evaluation programs. This field work lecture activity involved 10 students in the 5th semester and 2 supervisors from the Guidance and Counseling Program, Teaching and Education Faculty, Cendrawasih University. The activity was carried out for 1 week in the SMP Negeri Muara Tami Kota Jayapura, Papua environment. The research findings were obtained from all accumulated questions/statements in which students answered 'strongly agree' as much as 32%, students answered 'agree' as much as 18%, students answered 'quite agree' as much as 8%, students answered 'disagree' as much as 14% , and students answered 'strongly disagree' as much as 28%. Thus, it was concluded that 58% of students of SMP Negeri Muara Tami received and felt helped by providing information services through the provision of bulletin boards.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Permata Baru agar mampu melakukan budidaya tanaman pada lahan terbatas menggunakan metode hidroponik sederhana untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Permata Baru Kecamatan Inderalaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyampaian materi hidroponik, media tanam, nutrisi dan tahapan budidaya sayuran hidroponik. Untuk mengetahui kemampuan ibu-ibu dilakukan praktek langsung budidaya sayuran. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah kelompok masyarakat di Desa Permata Baru mampu melakukakan budidaya sayuran dengan metode hidroponik sederhana secara 1] mandiri, 2] mampu menyediakan sayuran untuk konsumsi rumah tangga sebagai upaya peningkatan gizi keluarga, dan 3] mampu melakukan budidaya tanaman khususnya sayuran dengan metode hidroponik secara kontinyuitas. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini ibu-ibu kelompok wanita tani Permata Hijau mampu memproduksi sayuran antara lain Pakcoy putih, Selada merah, Selada hijau, Pakcoy hijau, Pakcoy merah, Caisim, Bayam merah dan Sawi pagoda dengan metode hidroponik sederhana Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, budidaya, hidroponik, lahan terbatas ABSTRACT The objective of this community service activity was to empower the people of Permata Baru Village to cultivate plants on limited land using a simple hydroponic method in order to meet family nutritional needs. This activity was carried out in Permata Baru Village, North Inderalaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The method used was by giving courses of hydroponic material, planting media, nutrition and stages of hydroponic vegetable cultivation. Direct hydroponic practice for vegetable cultivation was also carried out to sharpen the participants’ skills. The output of this service activity was that community groups in Permata Baru Village could carry out vegetable cultivation using a simple hydroponic method 1] independently, 2] to produce vegetables for household consumption as an effort to improve family nutrition, and 3] to cultivate plants, especially vegetables with continuous hydroponic method. Through this service activity, it was resulted that women farmer groups in Permata Hijau were able to produce vegetables, including white bok choy, red lettuce, green lettuce, green bok choy, red bok choy, choy sum, red spinach and tatsoi using a simple hydroponic method. Abstract

   The aims of this study are: (a) To analyze the income of rice farmers in Kaloloa Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency; (b) To analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in Manage Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency, and (c) To study the rice marketing strategy in Kaloloa Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency. This Research will be conducted in November 2019 in Kaloloa Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency. The population in this study were all rice farmers in Kaloloa Village, Samaturu District, Kolaka Regency, which amounted to 13 rice farmers. The sample in this study is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. In this study, the sample for internal factors consisted of 13 rice farmers, and the sample for external factors consisted of 3 consumers. Analysis of the data used in the Analysis of the Principal Opportunity Point (BEP) used to determine the strategy. This study shows that rice farmers in Kaloloa Village have an average production of 4,146 with a selling price of Rp. 4,500/Kg. So farmers' income is IDR 91,471,900 / season or equivalent to an average of 7,036,300. per season. Meanwhile, the total production is 20,025, with an average of 4,146 per hectare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The effect of knowledge, trust and usefulness on interest in using E-banking PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. This research includes associative research with a sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used to test the hypothesis is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) Knowledge had a positive and significant effect on interest in using E-banking. (2) Trust has a positive and significant effect on interest in using E-banking. (3) The usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the interest in using E-banking. (4) Knowledge, Trust and Benefit together have a positive and significant effect on interest in using E-banking PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk

Abstract

Abstract: The success of the Study Program is judged by the academic quality offered by the programs so that it can produce graduates who have competencies according to the field of science being studied and are able to compete in the workforce and can play a role in the community. To be able to carry out learning activities properly, the factors that must be considered include: student characteristics, courses, program objectives, geography, technology, scale, and management system. From the aspect of performance quality, UT graduates are expected to improve their self-development skills (advanced studies), leadership skills and teaching skills which in the end the performance of UT graduates has innovative behavior, responsibility, and achievement in work. Respondents consist of graduates and superiors. Quantitative descriptive analysis method was used to describe the results obtained from distributing questionnaires both online and offline. The data obtained will be presented through tables or charts that can explain the attitudes and behavior of graduates and graduate superiors. The results of the study show that the contribution of universities to competence after graduation is 19.5%, especially prioritizing the ability in the field of knowledge that has been provided during this study period as a provision in competition in the world of work and business, followed by learning abilities and research abilities and critical thinking. The next competencies are in terms of increasing the ability to speak English by 9%, the internet, the ability to operate computers and leadership. And the last is competence outside the field of science of 0.81. Keywords: Performance, Study Program, Competence.

Abstract

Kecerdasan majemuk atau multiple intelegence sangat dibutuhkan di era saat ini termasuk bagi santri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merumuskan pola pendidikan multiple intelligences di Pondok Pesantren Al Isti’anah Jombor Tuntang Kabupaten Semarang. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Al-Isti’anah mengembangkan 9 kecerdasan secara terpadu dengan dua sistem sistem yang diterapkan, yaitu: (a) sistem kekeluargaan, dan (b) sistem pembelajaran beragam. Sistem kekeluargaan dibangun atas kesadaran hubungan santri dan kyai sebagai partner untuk mewujudkan tujuan pembelajaran dalam pesantren. Sedangkan system pengajaran beragama dilakukan melalui pengembangan potensi yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing santri sesuai bakat dan minatnya.

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).South Sumatra Province is a province with great swampland potential. One of the uses of lebak swamp land is by floating cultivation. Floating cultivation in this study used a raft made of 10 bamboos with a size of 2x1 M. This study aimed to determine the effect of npk fertilizer application on the growth and yield of land kale plants in a floating manner. This research was carried out Embung on the campus of Sriwijaya Indralaya University, from May to July 2022. The study was prepared using a Randomized Group Design (RGD) with 4 treatments, each treatment was repeated 3 times and received 12 treatment units, each treatment unit had 3 plants, so that the total number of plants was 36 plants. P0= Control P1= 0.5 g NPK/polybag P2= 1 g NPK/polybag P3= 1.5 g NPK/polybag. Observed parameters include plant height, number of leaves, degree of leaf greenness, leaf area, fresh weight of the crown, fresh weight of the leaves, fresh weight of the roots, length of the roots, dry weight of the crown, dry weight of the leaves and dry weight of the roots. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the administration of the recommended dose of NPK fertilizer P2 = 1 g NPK/Polybag gave the best results compared to other dose treatments.

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Chaya (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius (Mill.) IM Johnst.) is an annual plant species that is not widely known by the Indonesian people. This plant has not been cultivated intensively, although Chaya is a type of vegetable plant that is rich in nutrients and has many benefits. This writing aimed to provide information on the study of the potential development of Chaya plants as a source of food, feed or as medicinal ingredients. In a tropical climate, Chaya plants have great potential to be developed as cultivated plants. This paper will examine the potential of Chaya from the aspect of agricultural cultivation and utilization of Chaya leaves. The lack of information and public knowledge regarding the nutritional content and benefits of Chaya is one of the inhibiting factors for plant development. This plant is easy to grow by propagation of stem cuttings, currently the chaya plant is still being developed on unproductive land and used as a hedge plant. With the development of information system media, it is hoped that it will increase public knowledge of the potential and benefits of Chaya leaves.

Abstract

Cabai merah (Capsicum annum L,) merupakan salah satu jenis sayuran penting yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi dan cocok untuk dikembangkan di daerah tropika seperti di Indonesia, Luas panen cabai memiliki peringkat tertinggi dibandingkan dengan sayuran lainnya. Usahatani cabai merah telah sejak lama diusahakan oleh petani secara intensif, Komoditas ini juga merupakan sumber pendapatan dan kesempatan kerja yang memberikan kontribusi cukup tinggi terhadap perkembangan ekonomi daerah, apalagi harga cabai merah yang selama beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan, banyak kendala yang dihadapi petani dalam budidaya cabai yaitu Organisme Penggangu Tanaman seperti gangguan hama dan penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman arthropoda dan intensitas serangan hama pada pertanaman cabai. Metode pengamatan serangga ini dengan menggunakan metode Scan sampling, Pantrap, Yellowtrap dan intensitas serangan serangga. Data-data tersebut ditampilkan secara deskritip, table dan gambar. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan secara visual ditemukan 4 ordo dan 8 spesies yang bersifat sebagai hama serta 3 ordo dengan 4 spesies yang bersifat sebagai predator. Spesies yang ditemukan pada perangkap pantrap terdapat 4 ordo dan 15 spesies dengan berbeda peranan. Perangkap Yellowstcikytrap ditemukan 6 ordo dan 15 spesies yang bervariasi peranannya di pertanaman cabai. Keanekaragaman arthropoda pada pertanaman cabai bervariasi. Serangga yang merusak pada tanaman cabai yaitu Kutu daun (Aphis gossypii), Kutu kebul (Bemisia tabaci) dan Lalat Buah (Bactrocera spp.) yang memiliki tingkat kerusakan yang berbeda pada masing-masing lahan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sistem pengambilan sampel jenuh karena jumlah populasi di bawah 100 orang. Adapaun analisis data yang digunakan dalam menjawab hipotesis penelitian ini adalah regresi liner sederhana, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, dimana Y = 15,778+0,749X,         t hitung > t tabel (6,382>1,677), r = 0,678, dan r2= 0,459. Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan situasional; prestasi kerja
