Abstract

Rafflesia spp. (Rafflesiaceae) have a strategic value from both scientific and conservation viewpoints. To date only very few attempts have succeeded in growing the species ex situ and the main protection measures have been by in situ conservation. More detailed studies are required to understand the relationships between Rafflesia spp. and their host plants in order to improve their management and conservation. Studies on the anatomy, in vitro culture and seed germination in connection with conservation have been conducted in the Bogor Botanic Gardens. Effort to transfer Rafflesia patma to an ex situ conservation area has produced some flowers. However, we encountered a bigger challenge to maintain the long term presence of R. patma in ex situ conservation, since a high number of individuals is required to make the viable population.

Abstract

Abstract Let  R be a ring with unit and let  N be a left R-module. Then N is said linearly independent to  R (or N is R-linearly independent) if there is monomorphisma  By the definition of R-linearly independent, we may be able to generalize linearly independent relative to the R-module M. Module N is said M-linearly independent if there is monomorphisma .The module Q is said M-sublinearly independent if Q is a factor module of modules which is  M-linearly independent. The set of modules M-sublinearly independent denoted by  Can be shown easily that  is a subcategory of the category R-Mod. Also it can be shown that the submodules, factor modules and external direct sum of modules in  is also in the .The module Q is called P-injective if for any morphisma Q defined on L submodules of P can be extended to morphisma Q with , where  is the natural inclusion mapping. The module Q is called -injective if Q is P-injective, for all modules P in .In this paper, we studiet the properties and characterization of -injective. Trait among others that the direct summand of a module that is -injective also -injective. A module is -injective if and only if the direct product of these modules also are -injective. Key words : Q ()-projective, P ()-injective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian  Pre- eksperimental (pra-eksperimen) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar peserta didik dapat mencapai standar ketuntasan minimal yang telah ditetapkan di SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa apabila diterapkan model pembelajaran Children Learning In Science (CLIS) pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang terdiri dari 615 orang peserta didik dengan sampel sebanyak 35 peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan lima kali pertemuan yang terdiri dari empat kali pertemuan di kelas dan satu kali tes. Pengumpulan data hasil belajar diperoleh dengan memberikan tes sebanyak 30 butir soal yang telah di validasi sebelumnya, selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, inferensial dan analisis taksiran rata-rata. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif diperoleh skor rata-rata peserta didik sebesar 23,03. Pada analisis inferensial digunakan uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis, diperoleh hasil belajar berasal dari sampel yang berdistribusi normal sedangkan Taksiran rata-rata diperoleh hasil sebesar 22,33 ≤ μ ≤  23,73, dan berada pada kategori sedang. Adapun hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima, sehingga kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII7 SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga Kabupaten Gowa memenuhi standar KKM setelah diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Children Learning In Science (CLIS). Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, model CLISThis research is an experimental Pre- (pre-experiment), which aims to determine whether the study of students can achieve mastery minimum standard that has been set in the SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga Gowa when applied learning models Children Learning In Science (CLIS) in the second semester 2013/2014 school year consists of 615 people learners with a sample of 35 learners. This study was conducted five meetings consisting of four sessions in the classroom and one test. The data collection study results obtained by giving the test as many as 30 items that have been validated previously, then the data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, inferential and analysis of the estimated average. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis obtained an average score of 23.03 learners. In the inferential analysis used the normality test and test hypotheses, the result of learning derived from normal distributed samples while Estimated average obtained yield was 22.33 ≤ μ ≤ 23.73, and middle category. The results of hypothesis testing shows that the hypothesis is accepted, so that the conclusions of this research is the study of students grade VIII7 SMP Negeri 1 Pallangga Gowa meet the standards KKM after being taught using learning models Children Learning In Science (CLIS).Keywords: learning outcomes, the model CLIS

Abstract

Leadership is an attempt to influence others to participate in achieving educational goals. Education requires the headmaster’s efforts to improve competitiveness and have a strategy to improve competitiveness. It is carried out by means of making a strategic plan of work in developing madrasah to improve competitiveness, good administration and giving authority and responsibility to educators in accordance with the prevailing rules, the application of teacher discipline, educational staff and students, improving the quality of human resources (teachers and educational personnel), increasing the motivation of educators and educational staff, establishing good relationships with local communities, involving local communities in madrasah activities and applying student-based management. This study aims: to formulate the definition of educational leadership; know the leadership of education at Madrasah Aliyah Kampar Timur; know the strategy of education leadership in Madrasah Aliyah Kampar Timur in an effort to improve competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif  tipe NHT  yang dapat  meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi persamaan linear satu variabel. Desain  penelitian  mengacu  pada  model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yakni kegiatan persiklus mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan,observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan  model pembelajaran  kooperatif  tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Khairaat Tondo pada  materi persamaan  linear satu variabel. Dengan mengikuti fase-fase yaitu: pada fase 1 peneliti menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran dan manfaat pembelajaran untuk memotivasi siswa; pada fase 2 peneliti menyajikan materi persamaan linear satu variabel; pada fase 3 peneliti membagi siswa kedalam  beberapa kelompok kecil, kemudian  memberi nomor kepada setiap anggota kelompok kecil, pada fase 4 peneliti memberikan soal-soal kepada siswa dalam bentuk LKS; pada fase 5 siswa diminta untuk berfikir bersama dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal pada LKS dan peneliti memberikan bimbingan seperlunya; pada fase 6 peneliti menyebut 1 nomor dan siswa yang memiliki nomor tersebut mempresentasikan hasil LKS kelomponya di depan kelas; dan fase 7 peneliti memberikan penghargaan kepada setiap kelompok.Kata Kunci: Kooperatif  tipe Numbered Head Together, hasil belajar, persamaan linear satu variabel.

Abstract

Petiole and leaf cultures of Caladium hybrid were grown on MS medium+ lppm 2,4-D and transplanted to MS medium + 1 ppm NAA and then were grown on MS media with or without Kinetin and NAA.The greatest capacity of explants to produce callus was from the base cut and the top cut of the petioles as well as from the main vein of the leaf. Compact calli were grew further into adventive buds and plantlets.Through Scanning Electron Microscope,the development of adventive buds were observed grew from the parenchymatous cells and the vascular bundles.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah instansi atau organisasi, manajemen informasi sangatlah penting, terutama ketika akan diadakan pertemuan dalam hal ini Rapat atau Meeting. Menjadwalkan sebuah rapat merupakan salah satu komponen tugas bagian Kantor Hubungan Masyarakat (HUMAS) dalam hal memberikan pelayanan administrasi  dalam menyelenggarakan  publikasi dan informasi  baik internal maupun eksternal. Metode pengelolaan rapat yang digunakan sejauh ini masih  menggunakan cara konvensional seperti penyampaian langsung atau berupa undangan tertulis kemudian disebar. Penyerahan surat undangan, SMS, atau telepon ini memiliki banyak kelemahan untuk itu masih diperlukan aplikasi yang memudahkan dalam penyebaran informasi tersebut. Dengan menerapkan Push notification dalam model data JSON API memiliki keunggulan yaitu pengguna tidak perlu melakukan request untuk mendapatkan informasi kegiatan yang ada. Informasi baru dari server Admin akan langsung dikirimkan kepada pegawai Universitas, dengan catatan bahwa perangkat Android bergerak harus dalam keadaan menyala dan terkoneksi dengan internet. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, berupa aplikasi Android yang dapat menampilkan informasi daftar meeting, dan fitur notifikasi reminder bagi user yang akan selalu mengingatkan akan adanya meeting yang akan berlangsung berdasarkan inputan admin pada web app sebelumnya.

Abstract

Study on the differentiation of several explants by in vitro culture were conducted on Philodendron goeldii for propagationpurposes.Activated charcoal added to the initiating medium did not improve the development of the cultures.In general all type of explants were successfully differentiated into plantlets in all media tested. The most potential explants for propagation of this species are the shoot tip and the stem.Addition of 0.3 ppm NAA to the basal medium with different cytokinins induced roots development on shoot tips,petioles and young leaves cultures.The ability of culture to produce multiple shoots such as in medium with NAA + 2-iP or NAA + BA would give a better opportunity for in-vitro propagation of P. goeldii.

Abstract

Background: Food has not only considerable therapeutic but also economic value. The success of food provision is related to leftover that can indicate less optimum food provision in hospitals. Leftover indicates the presence of wasted cost.Objective: To analyze leftover and cost of leftover of schizophrenic inpatients at Madani Mental Hospital Palu.Method: The study used cross sectional method. Subject of the study were schizophrenic inpatients who got ordinary food portion had been mobilized from acute to common room 2 x 24 hours, put in class 3 room, were able to eat food on their own with exclusion criteria the presence of accompanying diseases that could affect appetite and got food from outside the hospital (n = 35). Data were analyzed quantitatively using chi square to find out factors related with the presence of leftover. Data of respondent characteristics and cost of leftover were analyzed descriptively.Result: There was difference in leftover based on sex and portion in particular rice and animal side dish leftover (p <0.05) but there was no significant difference in age, type of schizophrenic disease, duration of hospitalization and previous hospitalization (p ≥ 0.05). Total cost of wasted food a day was Rp 1,529.33.Conclusion: There was difference in leftover based on sex and portion particularly rice and animal side dish leftover. Average amount of leftover varied according to eating time and types of food. Cost of wasted food varied according to types of food.

Abstract

Preeklampsia mempengaruhi sekitar 3% dari seluruh kehamilan. Identifikasi awal dari kehamilan dengan risiko merupakan prioritas dalam mengurangi komplikasi preeklampsia. Teknologi tepat yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu upaya bidan mendeteksi dini preeklampsia dengan pemanfaatan sistem pakar. Tujuan penelitian ini membuat suatu sistem pakar deteksi dini preeklamsia berbasis mobile. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross secsional. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri 100 Ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan usia ibu hamil terhadap risiko preeklampsia penggunaan aplikasi berbasis mobile (p<0,005) sebaliknya paritas dan usia kehamilan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan (p>0,005). Dengan nilai sensitivitas dan spesifisitas masing-masing 92,31% dan 83,33%.
