Abstract

The most common complication of diabetes is diabetic nephropathy which is a progressive disease and in the terminal stages, needs a very large cost of care. Nephropathy diabetic can be prevented if it is detected earlier. Microalbuminuria is a test to detect nepropathy diabetic early nowadays, but it is still considered expensive by the majority of the community and has not been widely done in laboratories. What ever it needs other alternatives, such as neutrophils, lymphocyte, and monocyte counts. The purpose of this study is to analyse the correlations between neutrophils, lymphocyte, monocyte counts and urine albumin levels in type2 diabetes with microalbuminuria. The research design is analytic observational with cross sectional approach. Twenty two patients met the inclusion criteria. Their urine albumin levels tested by Nycocard® U-ALBUMIN reagent. Neutrophils, lymphocyte, monocyte count was examined by hematology analyzer CELL-Dyn 3700. The correlations between neutrophils, lymphocyte, monocyte counts and urine albumin levels analyzed using coefficient correlation Spearmans. No correlation between neutrophil countsand urine albumin levels (r= -0,250;p=0,263). No correlation between monocyte counts and urine albumin levels (r= -0,191;p=0,395). No correlation between lymphocyte counts and urine albumin levels (r=0,130;p=0,565) in type 2 diabetes with microalbuminuria. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar antara siswa yang diberi model pembelajaran CTL menggunakan media animasi dan video, antara siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir abstrak tinggi dan rendah, antara siswa yang memiliki kemampuan verbal tinggi dan rendah, dan interaksinya terhadap nilai siswa, meliputi pengetahuan, sikap, maupun keterampilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan dilakukan dari bulan Juni 2014 - Desember 2014. Populasi adalah semua siswa kelas XII di SMA Negeri 1 Madiun tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Sampel diambil secara acak (random sampling), terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas XII IPA 4 dan kelas XII IPA 5. Kelas XII IPA 5 belajar menggunakan media animasi flash dan kelas XII IPA 4 menggunakan media video. Untuk mengukur prestasi belajar siswa dilakukan tes prestasi pengetahuan siswa, tes kemampuan berpikir abstrak dan tes kemampuan verbal. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan anava dengan desain faktorial 2x2x2. Dari analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan media animasi flash nilai pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilannya lebih tinggi daripada menggunakan media video (P-value =0,001, 0,007, 0,019). 2) siswa yang memiliki kemampuan abstrak tinggi nilai pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilannya lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan abstrak rendah (P-value = 0,000, 0,001, 0,004). 3) siswa yang memiliki kemampuan verbal tinggi nilai pengetahuan dan keterampilannya lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan verbal rendah (P-value = 0,030, 0,034), tetapi terhadap nilai sikap tidak ada perbedaan (P-value = 0,166). 4) tidak ada interaksi antara media dan kemampuan berpikir abstrak terhadap nilai belajar siswa (P-value = 0,162, 0,742, 0,726). 5) ada interaksi antara media animasi flash dan video dengan kemampuan verbal terhadap nilai pengetahuan siswa (P-value = 0,031), tetapi tidak ada interaksi terhadap nilai sikap dan keterampilan (P-value = 0,350 dan 0,200). 6) tidak ada interaksi antara kemampuan berpikir abstrak dan kemampuan verbal terhadap nilai pengetahuan (P-value = 0,114), tetapi ada interaksi terhadap nilai sikap dan keterampilan (P-value = 0,030 dan 0,022). 7) tidak ada interaksi antara media animasi flash dan video dengan kemampuan berpikir abstrak dan kemampuan verbal terhadap nilai belajar siswa (P-value =0,512, 0,595, 0,244).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status tempat tinggal terhadap Subjective well-being pada lansia. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Subyek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 59 orang lansia yang terdiri dari 29 orang lansia yang tinggal di panti dan 30 orang lansia yang tinggal di rumah. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala penelitian yaitu skala Subjective well-being sebanyak 33 item. Metode analisis data yang digunakan tehnik statistik uji non parametrik U Mann-Whitney yang dikerjakan dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Subjective well-being (SWB) lansia yang tinggal bersama keluarga lebih baik dari pada lansia yang tinggal di panti. Hasil analisis menunjukkan U mann-whitney sebesar 209,000 dan probabilitas (p) sebesar 0,001. Karena p<0,05 (p=0,000 < 0,05) maka Ho diterima, atau ada perbedaan antara subjective well-being pada Lansia yang tinggal di rumah dan yang tinggal di panti. This research aims to determine the effect of residential status on Subjective well-being in the elderly. The research was a quantitative correlation. The subjects in this research amounted to 59 elderly people, including 29 elderly people living at home and 30 elderly people living at home. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The research uses the research scale is a scale Subjective well-being as much as 33 items. Methods of data analysis used non-parametric statistical techniques test Mann-Whitney U were done with SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results showed that the Subjective well-being (SWB) of elderly living with family is better than the elderly living at home. The analysis showed Mann-Whitney U was 209,000 and the probability (p) of 0.001. Because p <0.05 (p = 0.000 <0.05) then Ho is accepted, or there is a difference between subjective well-being in the elderly living at home and living at home.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif komparatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Boyolali, yang kemudian terbagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu mengikuti bimbingan belajar dan tidak mengikuti bimbingan belajar. Jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 100 siswa. Untuk memperoleh sampel yang representatif, maka kelompok siswa yang tidak mengikuti bimbingan belajar diambil sejumlah 50 siswa dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan skala self-efficacy yang terdiri dari 26 aitem. Skala self-efficacy mempunyai koefisien validitas aitem antara 0.315 sampai dengan 0.707 dan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0.924 Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik komparasi T-Test Two Independent Sample dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for windows diperoleh nilai t = 6,230 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada self-efficacy siswa dalam menghadapi ujian nasional antara siswa yang mengikuti bimbinngan belajar dengan siswa yang tidak mengikuti bimbingan belajar. Self-efficacy siswa dalam menghadapi ujian nasional yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa yang tidak mengikuti bimbingan belajar. This study is a comparative quantitative study. The population of this study is the eighth grade students of Junior High School 1 Boyolali, which is then divided into two groups to join and not join the tutoring. Total of samples is 100 students. To obtain a representative sample, the group of students who not joining the tutoring 50 students were taken by simple random sampling technique. The data were taken using the self efficacy scale consisted of 26 item. Self-efficacy scale has a coefficient of item validity between 0.315 to 0.707 and a reliability coefficient of 0924. Methods of data analysis using comparative technique T-Test Two Independent Sample with SPSS 16.0 for Windows was obtained value of t = 6.230 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), the results showed that there were significant differences in students self-efficacy in facing national examination among students who joining tutoring with students who not joining the tutoring. Self-efficacy of students who joining the tutoring higher than students who not joining the tutoring.

Abstract

Career is a life long process. This study aims to improve the career planning of senior high school students in Tarakan City through information career services assistance through the website. The experimental design used in this research is quasi-experiment in the form of one group pretest-post design. The career planning scale consists of 45 items with 5 falling items and 0.875 alpha coefficient. This study involved 35 students as an experimental group selected by purposive sampling. The result of this research is career information service the website-assisted effectively improve the career planning of high school students in Tarakan City (10,094, p <0.01).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1) Menganalisis gambaran umum pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dan Kondisi kecerdasan interpersonal siswa PAUD Percontohan di Kabupaten Kudus; (2) Menghasilkan pengembangan model layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role play berbasis pendekatan BCCT untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa PAUD Percontohan di Kabupaten Kudus; dan (3) Mengetahui tingkat keefektifan model pengembangan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik role play berbasis pendekatan BCCT untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa PAUD Percontohan di Kabupaten Kudus. Metode penelitian ini adalah Reseach and Development dengan prosedur pengembangan yang meliputi 3 tahap yaitu: tahap perencanaan, tahap penyusunan produk pengembangan dan tahap uji keefektifan produk pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba keefektifan pada kelompok terbatas, tingkat kecerdasan interpersonal siswa mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan perubahan tingkat kecerdasan interpersonal siswa pada saat pre test dan post test, yang mengalami peningkatan kecerdasan interpersonal anak sebesar 47,82%. The purposes of this study were: (1) to analyze the implementation of the general picture of group guidance services and condition of students' interpersonal intelligence Early Childhood Education Pilot in Kudus; (2) to generate a model of group guidance services with role play technique based on BCCT approach to improve students' interpersonal intelligence in Early Childhood Education Pilot in Kudus; and (3) to determine the effectiveness of the development model of group guidance services with role play technique based BCCT approach to improve students' interpersonal intelligence in Early Childhood Education Pilot in Kudus. Methods of this study was Reseach and Development which was implemented within three phases: planning phase, preparation stage of product depvelopment, and test phase of product development effectiveness. The results of present study showed that the levels of students’ interpersonal intelligence increased for 47,82% between pre-test and post-test.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran umum pelaksanaan layanan konseling kelompok dan dampaknya terhadap self-esteem siswa SMA, (2) menghasilkan model konseling kelompok dengan teknik spirituality cognitive restructuring, dan (3) menguji efektivitas model konseling kelompok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&amp;D dengan langkah sebagai berikut: (1) persiapan pengembangan model, (2) merumuskan model hipotetik, (3) uji kelayakan model hipotetik, (4) revisi model hipotetik, (5) uji lapangan terbatas, (6) revisi model dan terumuskan model akhir, dan (7) uji keefektifan model akhir. Hasil penelitian ini, yakni (1) konseling kelompok telah dilaksanakan tetapi kurang efektif dan self-esteem siswa perlu ditingkatkan, (2) menghasilkan model konseling kelompok, dan (3) model konseling kelompok dengan teknik spirituality-cognitive restructuring efektif dalam meningkatkan self-esteem siswa. The purpose of this study were (1) to describe the implementation of&nbsp; group counseling services and its impact on students’ self-esteem for Senior High School students, (2) to produce the model of group counseling with technique of spirituality cognitive restructuring, and (3) to test the effectiveness of the model. This study applied research and development (R &amp; D) method in following steps: (1) preparation of model development, (2) formulating hypothetical model, (3) test the feasibility of hypothetical model, (4) revision hypothetical model, (5) preliminary field test, (6) revision model and formulating the final model, and (7) testing the effectiveness of the final model. This study result were: (1) group counseling have been implemented in school but it had less effective impact for students’ self-esteem, so that students’ self-esteem need to be improved, (2) the model of group counseling with spirituality cognitive restructuring for improving students’ self-esteem have been produced, and (3) the model were effective in increasing students’ self-esteem.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mengetahui kondisi classroom engagement siswa di MTs. Negeri 1 Kotabumi; dan (2) mengetahui keefektifan konseling kelompok dengan strategi self management dalam untuk meningkatkan classroom engagement siswa di MTs. Negeri 1 Kotabumi. Metode penelitian adalah single group repeated measures design yang dilaksanakan dengan 3 kali observasi classroom engagement, yakni pretest, postest dan follow-up. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 siswa kelas VIII yang dipilih dari 247 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) rata-rata kondisi classroom engagement siswa kelas VIII MTs. N. 1 Kotabumi 2015/2016 berada pada tingkat sedang, (2) terdapat peningkatan classroom engagement secara signifikan setelah mendapatkan konseling kelompok. Penelitian yang dilakukan menegaskan bahwa konseling kelompok dengan strategi self management dapat diaplikasikan untuk meningkatkan classroom engagement siswa. The aims of this study were (1) to describe the students’ classroom engagement of MTs. (Islamic Junior High School) Negeri 1 Kotabumi; and (2) to investigate the effect of the group counseling with self management strategy on students’ classroom engagement. The single group repeated measures design was applied in three times classroom engagement assessment: pre-test, pos-test, and follow up. The participants of this study were ten students’ who were selected using purposive random sampling from 247 students. The results showed that (1) the level of students’ classroom engagement of the VIII graders in MTs. Negeri 1 Kotabumi academic year of 2015/2016 were in medium level, (2) there was a significant effect of improvement on the classroom engagement after getting group counseling. This research affirmed that the group counseling with self-management strategy is effective for increasing students’ classroom engagement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji efektivitas konseling kelompok teknik cognitive restructuring untuk mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik ditinjau dari jenis kelamin pada siswa SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo. Jenis penelitian randomized pretest–postest control group design diaplikasikan dalam penelitian ini dengan melibatkan sejumlah 16 siswa yang memiliki skor prokrastinasi akademik tinggi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik non parametrik dengan menggunakan uji u mann whitney untuk menguji efek cognitive restructuring terhadap prokrastinasi dan menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed rank test untuk mengetahui efektivitas intervensi antara jenis kelamin laki – laki dan perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konseling kelompok CBT teknik cognitive restructuring efektif untuk mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik. Teknik cognitive restructuring cocok untuk siswa laki–laki maupun perempuan. Hal ini terbukti dengan tak ada perbedaan skor postes secara signifikan diantara keduanya. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of group counseling of Cognitive-Behavior Therapy with cognitive restructuring techniques to reduce academic procrastination between male and female students of SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo. The randomized pretest-posttest control group design was applied, and 16 students were involved in present study. Data were analyzed using non parametric statistics of Mann&nbsp; Whitney U test for examining the impact of cognitive restructuring on academic procrastination and Wilcoxon signed rank test for determining the effect of cognitive restructung between male and female students. The results showed that CBT group counseling with cognitive restructuring techniques was effective for reducing academic procrastination. The cognitive restructuring techniques were suitable for both male and female students. It was reflected from the absence of significant differences effect of cognitive restructuring between them.
