Abstract

This research aims to explain in detail about the condition of Gapoktan institutional through activities of Reinforcement of Society Food’s Distributive Institution (Reinforcement-LDPM) at the Regency of Grobogan considered from superstructur aspect, community profiles of farmers the member of Gapoktan, and organizational profile aspect of the Gapoktan. Qualitative method and descriptive approach were used in this research. The sampling was snowball sampling technique. The technique of data collection used visceral interview, observation, and record-keeping. The tryout of data validity used triangulation source and triangulation method, whereas the data analysis used three main components, i.e. (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) drawing conclusion and verification. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that analysis of Gapoktan institutional considered from superstructure aspects including government policy which influenced Gapoktan institutional. Both the federal government and local government of Grobogan Regency have issued some policies that support the reinforcement activities of Society Food’s Distributive Institution (LDPM), but the government policy about Bulog standardization was considered that it was too difficult for Gapoktan institutional. Considered from community profile, the development of Gapoktan institutional has transpired well enough because of having sufficient asset, collective action in both of routine meeting and directive counseling, drawing conclusion by the chief of Gapoktan through discussion and coordination focus, whereas the relationship between Gapoktan institutional with the other Gapoktan has transpired well. Considered from its institutional profile, the Gapoktan still had constraints or problem. Looking to its organization system, the structure of labor units of the reinforcement activities of Society Food’s Distributive Institution (LDPM) had not been organized well. The members prefer to profitable jobs than the voluntary Gapoktan. Outsides, the institutional management and resource allocation had not well complied.

Abstract

Kelompok tani yang berada di Desa Lemahduhur Kecamatan Caringin Kabupaten Bogor, masih belum mencirikan kelompok tani yang berdaya, kerena masih ada anggota kelompok tani belum memiliki kemampuan dan potensi yang baik dalam mengelola usahataninya.  Hal ini di sebabkan karena partisipasi anggota dalam melakukan kegiatan usahataninya secara bersama rendah, disamping itu kurang mendapatkan pelatihan-pelatihan dari narasumber ahli dibidangnya.  Hal lain yang terjadi pada Kelompoktani Bendungan di Desa Lemahduhur belum terlihat  program-program yang terlaksana didalamnya secara inten dan berkelanjutan.  Demikian juga kegiatan penyuluhan oleh penyuluh pertanian nampaknya masih perlu ditingkatkan frekwensinya, sehingga dengan dilaksanakannya penguatan kelembagaan kelompoktani melalui pendekatan partisipatif dilaksanakan kegiatan pemberdayaan kelompok secara terpadu melalui kegiatan penyuluhan meliputi kegiatan bimbingan teknis, pengembangan kelembagaan kelompoktani, temu bisnis hingga fasilitas bantuan ternak bibit dan alat mesin pertanian (Alsintan) dilaksanakan terprogram dengan melibatkan dinas/instansi terkait.

Abstract

Inovasi sosial adalah kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan/kebutuhan sosial dengan lebih efektif dibandingkan solusi yang ada saat ini serta mendorong perbaikan kapabilitas dan hubungan sosial, pemanfaatan aset serta sumber daya dengan lebih baik. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis inovasi sosial yang dilakukan di Sentra Industri Tempe Tradisional Kelurahan Plaju Ulu, Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing industri tempe yang ada di wilayah tersebut serta menyelesaikan permasalahan lingkungan seperti lingkungan yang kumuh dan tata kelola limbah yang sembarangan. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan melalui pendampingan, perbaikan sarana dan prasarana, pelatihan hingga pemasaran produk untuk meningkatkan daya saing industri tempe tradisional. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini adalah terciptanya inovasi sosial berupa “Kampung Pangan Inovatif” yang menjadi sentra kuliner tradisioinal di Kota Palembang yang inovatif dengan berbagai produk turunan tempe seperti keripik, nugget hingga tauco. Selain itu, keberhasilan “Kampung Pangan Inovatif” juga dilihat dari keberhasilan kampung ini mendapatkan penghargaan PROKLIM dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia pada tahun 2021 untuk kategori Utama.

Abstract

Digital marketing innovation makes entrepreneurs try to implement product marketing through the internet. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) actors as agricultural business actors are expected to improve the quality of human resources and the quality of their products so that marketing can be managed independently and increase the product's selling value. This research discusses the determination of strategies for empowering MSME actors to take advantage of digital technology through internet-based inbound marketing. The purpose of the study was to formulate an alternative strategy for empowering MSMEs cashew nuts in the Giri Jaya Cashew Cluster in conducting inbound marketing. This research is a type of case study research. The basic research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research location is Tanjungsari Village, Jatisrono Sub-district, in the Giri Jaya Mete Cluster. Research informants are the secretary of FEDEP (Forum for Economic Development and Employment Promotion), field extension agents for Cooperatives, MSMEs, Industry and Trade, Head of Community Empowerment Division of the Jatisrono Sub-district Government and community entrepreneurs of MSMEs cashew nut products. The data analysis technique used is through three stages of determining informants, namely the input stage (environmental analysis and IFAS-EFAS analysis), the matching stage (SWOT matrix analysis) and decision making (QSPM matrix analysis). Cashew nut MSMEs in Jatisrono Sub-district are in quadrant I position, meaning that cashew nut MSMEs have a lot of internal strength and many opportunities from outside. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy). The right alternative strategy is to combine aspects of digital marketing such as content marketing, blogs, search engine optimization, social media marketing and branding with community empowerment such as training, demonstrations and mentoring.

Abstract

Penyuluhan merupakan proses penyebarluasan informasi agar terjadi perubahan perilaku menjadi tahu, mau, dan mampu dalam melakukan usahatani demi peningkatan produktivitas, pendapatan, serta, perbaikan kesejahteraan petani beserta keluarganya. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan pada Kelompok Tani Rukun Makaryo Dusun Dani, Desa Pereng, Kecamatan Mojogedang yang telah menerapkan One Village One Product (OVOP) buah alpokat. Kegiatan penyuluhan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Kelompok Tani Rukun Makaryo dalam melakukan budidaya alpokat sehingga produktivitas meningkat dan menambah pendapatan masyarakat. Metode dan teknik penyuluhan dilakukan secara kelompok dengan demonstrasi cara, diskusi, dan pemutaran video prospek budidaya alpokat. Demonstrasi cara dapat memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai pembiakan vegetatif dengan teknik sambung pucuk dan pembuatan biostarter untuk mempercepat proses fermentasi limbah padat ternak sapi. Kegiatan diskusi dapat memunculkan interaksi dengan petani sehingga petani berpartisipasi aktif dan mampu membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini. Pemutaran video mengenai teknik budidaya alpokat membantu meyakinkan kelompok tani karena dapat menyaksikan secara langsung keberhasilan budidaya alpokat yang dilakukan dengan teknik yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan dengan penyuluhan mampu mengubah pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan petani dalam melakukan budidaya alpokat. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani bertambah terutama dalam teknik sambung pucuk dan pembuatan biostarter. Petani dapat membuat pupuk organik dengan memanfaatkan kotoran ternak yang banyak tersedia di sekitar rumah penduduk. Sikap petani juga mengalami perubahan, hal tersebut terlihat pada penggunaan pupuk organik padat oleh petani pada budidaya alpukat. Penggunaan pupuk organik padat mampu mengurangi biaya produksi dan meningkatkan pendapatan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pembangunan kepariwisataan melibatkan peran dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang ada dan terkait, yaitu: pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat. Masyarakat sebagai salah satu pemangku kepentingan memiliki kedudukan dan peran penting. Keberhasilan jangka panjang suatu industri pariwisata sangat tergantung pada tingkat penerimaan dan dukungan dari peran masyarakat atau komunitas lokal. Untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pembangunan kepariwisataan, sebuah penelitian dibutuhkan untuk: (1) Mengkaji partisipasi masyarakat kelompok sadar wisata dalam pembangunan kepariwisataan; dan (2) Mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat kelompok sadar wisata dalam pembangunan kepariwisataan. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja di Kabupaten Trenggalek dengan pertimbangan bahwa jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di Kabupaten Trenggalek tergolong lebih rendah daripada tiga Kabupaten lain di Jawa Timur, yang secara bersamaan mendapat penghargaan dalam komitmen mengembangkan potensi pariwisata daerah. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah proportional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 80 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Partisipasi masyarakat kelompok sadar wisata dalam pembangunan kepariwisataan di Kabupaten Trenggalek sangat tinggi pada pengambilan keputusan dan perencanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, monitoring dan evaluasi, sedangkan pada pemanfaatan hasil adalah tinggi. (2) Pendidikan formal dan motivasi masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi, sedangkan pendapatan dan kebijakan pemerintah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat kelompok sadar wisata dalam pembangunan kepariwisataan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) conducted by PT. Multi Dimensi Kreasi (MDK) in the fish farming empowerment program in the Bokesan Village, Sindumartani Village, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The research method is qualitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, snow ball sampling, and Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Data collection techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validation technique: method and source triangulation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results of the study concluded that the model of fish farmer empowerment through CSR PT. MDK is carried out in the following ways: (a) Intensification of aquaculture with MBG innovation; (b) Stages of empowerment, including: awareness, capacity, and empowerment . Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Empowerment, Fish Farmers

Abstract

Alzheimer's disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease characterized by decreased cognitive function, memory loss or memory loss, and dementia syndrome. Alzheimer's disease will continue to increase and is expected to reach 1,894,000 cases in 2030 and continue to 3,980,000 cases in 2050. The type of research conducted is in the form of narrative review research. Research data is secondary data taken from national and international research articles. The results obtained are then grouped and synthesized in a narrative way.

Abstract

Eucalyptus is a type of productive plant in the forestry sector which has a fairly important role in the essential oil industry. Farmers of Wonoharjo Village, Kemusu District, Boyolali Regency cultivate eucalyptus plants and process them into eucalyptus oil products independently. Eucalyptus farmers in Wonoharjo Village are members of the Wonolestari 1 and Wonolestari 2 Forest Farmer Groups (KTH) who are still experiencing problems in carrying out a product marketing system, especially in the utilization of communication technology. Therefore, it is necessary to assist farmers in marketing eucalyptus oil products. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education, assistance and training as an effort to increase the knowledge and skills of eucalyptus farmers in Wonoharjo Village in processing eucalyptus oil to have a high selling value by implementing online-based integrated marketing communications. The method of implementing service activities is carried out by preparing material handbooks, marketing socialization packaged through workshops, training, digital marketing communication practices with the preparatory and execution stages. The socialization activities carried out are able to increase the knowledge of eucalyptus oil farmers regarding digital marketing through several social media such as Instagram, Youtube and E-Commerce applications namely Shopee. Mentoring activities are expected to be able to increase product marketing by reaching consumers widely so that people's incomes also increase.
