Abstract

The main objective of this study is to identify HR management techniques for small companies affected by the epidemic, which is still a topic of much discussion in the media. We conducted a series of data studies on various well-known journal publishing data sources, including Google Books, Elsevier, Taylor&Francis, sage pub, Academic research, and other online sources, to ensure smooth identification and reporting in the form of descriptive discussions. Electronic data solutions are the ideal choice in this pandemic disruption when public mobility is not possible. The data review process includes several stages, such as initial reading to understand, coding system, and evaluation of data with high interpretation with a phenomenological approach to quickly draw conclusions that answer research questions with valid and reliable values. The results include that the HR management strategy for increasing productivity in small businesses is that small businesses also need a strategy to increase their human resources. These small businesses also have the vision to achieve profits and help absorb labor and reduce unemployment.

Abstract

This paper discusses the issue of the pandemic vaccine and its impact on health services in both public and private hospitals. The author believes that if a pandemic hits the world, the world leaders call for a united response to the pandemic issue by being very prepared and mobilizing all their energy and policies. For this reason, we want to understand how experts think about health services in hospitals and the issue of responding to the pandemic. Our data were obtained from various literary sources such as publications of scientific journals on public service health during the pandemic and various other reading sources that actively discussed the issue in question. The review effort involved a series of methods, including coding data interpretation of data in a detailed evaluation and concluding based on the validity of the data findings. Finally, after discussing the findings, we can conclude that the issue of pandemic vaccines impacts other health services in Indonesia. This is because government policies are very intense and focused on dealing with vaccines and other services.

We cannot do that much data, up to 100 books, without going through a data analysis process that involves coding the data, evaluating interpretations, and drawing valid conclusions to answer the current question. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the understanding and application of the AIDA marketing model for marketing MSME products and services in the digital era is very profitable; This model approach also has advantages and also drawnbacks.

Abstract

Usually, the human resources in the construction world in Indonesia are in demand by men, even though the job opportunities between men and women are not that different. However, the reality is that women's resources in construction are still very few presentations. This study attempts to discuss the empowerment of women's resources in construction projects and the constraints and problems women face in construction work. To support this discussion, we conducted an electronic search for data on published literature both nationally and internationally. After the data was collected, we conducted an in-depth study under a phenomenological approach, namely an effort to find answers from several existing data. Based on the study and discussion results, we can conclude that empowering women's human resources in construction projects is a government priority stated in the employment law. However, more and more women are slowly found in construction projects with all their advantages and disadvantages. Thus, the results of this study are the basis of guidance for further studies.

We examine the findings of the loading technique data, in-depth evaluation, and concluding to get valid answers to questions. Our data search was conducted electronically on the legal science literature database, especially omnibus and its relation to protecting a healthy environment in Indonesia. Based on the evidence we got and the discussion, we can conclude that the implementation of the omega slow realization, which should lead to the protection of Indonesia's environmental sustainability, has experienced a setback compared to the previous law products, so substantially, the material of the Law still ignores environmental protection, especially with the lack of participation of society as expected. Thus, this finding becomes a vital force for the development of similar studies in the future.

Abstract

This study discusses the understanding of public policy-making by the government to respond to the pandemic, which has given rise to many difficulties among citizens because the government has issued various policies during a multi-crisis. The author understands that every policy has taken certainly impacts policies in regular times and government policies in times of crisis; of course, the impact will be different. To strengthen our discussion, we have received support from many scientific publications we have studied in the phenomenological approach, a way to get an exceptional understanding of the existing data. Our literature search was conducted electronically on several journals and book publications that discuss issues of public policy making in response to pandemics in multi-crisis times in many application contexts. Based on the results of the study and discussion, we can summarize that in public policy-making in times of multi-crisis, the government has been faced with a dilemma between the commitment to respond to the pandemic to protect the entire nation from the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic and having to accept the consequences of policies taken in a very precarious atmosphere. Hopefully, these findings will be the subject of discussion in similar studies in the future.
