Abstract

Anxienty facing labor primigravida’s. The aims of study was to determine the differences of primigravida’s anxiety in facing labor after given counseling by watching normal labor process video in Independent Practice Midwife Bengkulu City in 2013. This research method was a type of analytical study design with Quasi experiments with pre-test and post-test approach. The sample consisted of group counseling and group watched a video that was 60 with a ratio of 1:1 corresponding inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The results showed no difference in anxiety in the face of labor primigravida after counseled by watching videos of normal deliveries (p= 0.000). Multivariate results show that education affects the level of anxiety after watching the video and counseling on the normal birth process primigravida (p= 0.009).

Abstract

Abstract : The Effectiveness Of Breast Care For The Increased Volume Of Breast Milk on Postpartum Mothers In Independent Practice Midwives Of Palangka Raya City. Background the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in infants in Central Kalimantan Province by 2015 was 27.58% lower than the national target of breastfeeding at 80%. One of the causes of exclusive breastfeeding is low milk production. There are some things that inhibit the occurrence of breastfeeding volume exposure in non-current mothers, including low knowledge of mothers in breast care, lack of counseling services on how breast care from health workers and lack of mother's desire to do breast care. Research Objectives this study aims to determine the effect of breast care on the expenditure of breast milk volume on postpartum mothers in IPM Palangka Raya. Method using pre experimental with pre-test and post-test one group design total of 31 postpartum mothers the evaluation is done in the day 7 (pre test), the day 14 (post test) by using measure cup to calculated breastmilk production then analysis using paired t-test. Result of research Based on paired t-test there is effectivity of Breast care to the expenditure of breast milk volume with value P = 0.000 (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a significant relationship to the expenditure of breast care volume on postpartum mothers.Keywords: Breast care, breast milk volume, postpartum mother. Abstrak: Pengaruh Breast Care Terhadap Peningkatan Volume ASI Pada Ibu Nifas Di Praktek Mandiri Bidan Kota Palangka Raya. Latar Belakang Cakupan pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) Ekslusif pada bayi di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah pada tahun 2015 mencapai 27.58%, lebih rendah dibandingkan target nasional pemberian ASI yaitu 80%. Salah satu yang menjadi penyebab ASI eksklusif tidak diberikan adalah rendahnya produksi ASI. Ada beberapa hal yang menghambat terjadinya pengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas diantaranya rendahnya pengetahuan ibu dalam melakukan breast care, kurangnya pelayanan konseling tentang cara perawatan payudara dari petugas kesehatan, serta kurangnya keinginan ibu untuk melakukan breast care. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh breast care terhadap pengeluaran volume ASI pada ibu nifas di Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB) di Kota Palangka Raya. Metode Jenis Penelitian ini adalah pre experimental (pra eksperimen) dengan model rancangan one group pre-test post-test, Sebanyak 31 ibu nifas di ukur jumlah produksi ASI pada hari ke 7 pasca persalinan sebelum dilakukan breast care dan pada hari ke 14 setelah dilakukan breast care selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan paired t-test. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis data terdapat efektivitas Breast care terhadap pengeluaran volume ASI dengan nilai P=0.000 (P<0.05). Kesimpulan Ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pegeluaran volume ASI pada ibu nifas yang diberikan breast care. Kata kunci: Breast care, volume ASI, ibu nifas.

Abstract

Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM)Promosi Kesehatan Kabupaten Kota adalah Rumah TanggaSehat (65%), ASI Eklusif (80%) Desa dengan program garam beryodium (90%) dan PosyanduPurnama (40%). belum tercapainya SPM yang ditetapkan oleh DKK Kab.Pati karena kinerjapetugas kesehatan masyarakat yang masih kurang dalam melakukan penyuluhan padamasyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhikinerja petugas kesehatan masyarakat dalam praktek promosi kesehatan di DKK Pati. Penelitianini menggunakan metode eksplanatory study dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilandata dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi dengan jumlah sampel 87 petugas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Petugas penyuluh kesehatan masyarakat dalampraktek promosi kesehatan di DKK Pati adalah termasuk kurang yaitu sebesar 56,3% dan yangmempunyai kinerja baik hanya 43,7%, Variabel yang berhubungan langsung dengan kinerjapetugas penyuluh kesehatan masyarakat adalah adalah tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan,pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan kepemimpinan. Variabel paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerjaPetugas penyuluh kesehatan masyarakat yaitu tingkat pendidikan.Kata kunci: Kinerja Petugas penyuluh kesehatan masyarakat, kegiatan promosi kesehatan,Standar pelayanan minimal Affecting Midwives’ Behavior in the Extension officers performance of community healthextension workers in health promotion practice starch district; Standards Minimum ServiceHealth Promotion which is the reference District City is Healthy Household (65%), Exclusivebreastfeeding (80%) villages with iodized salt program (90%) and IHC Purnama (40%). failureto achieve standards minimum service set by DKK Kab.Pati for health promotion, because theperformance of public health officials are still lacking in doing education to the community.This research aims to find out the factors that affect the performance of community healthworkers in health promotion practice in DKK Pati.This research uses a method eksplanatorystudy with cross sectional approach. Data is collected by interview and observation by thenumber of samples of 87 officers. The results showed that the performance of educators workersin public health practice health promotion in Pati District Health Department is included lessincluded in the amount of 56.3% and that have good performance only 43.7%. Variables thatare directly related to the performance of community health educators workers is the level ofeducation, training, knowledge, skills and leadership. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi metode pembelajaran yang monoton dalam mengenal konsep banyak dan sedikit yang menggunakan pola penugasan. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk peningkatan kemampuan  mengenal konsep banyak dan sedikit melalui penerapan  metode edutainment pada siswa Taman Kanak-Kanak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan beberapa hal yang terdapat dalam masalah penelitian dalam meningkatkan kemampuan  mengenal konsep banyak dan sedikit melalui penerapan metode edutainment di kelas A1 Taman Kanak-kanak Al-Mukaddimah Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan anak yang berjumlah 15 anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui hasil data yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan analisis, secara umum dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: 1) Adanya perencanaan pembelajaran melalui penerapan metode edutainment meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal ukuran banyak dan sedikit, 2) Adanya langkah-langkah pelaksanaan pembelajaran tentang ukuran banyak dan sedikit melalui penerapan metode edutainment meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal banyak dan sedikit 3) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan  mengenal konsep banyak dan sedikit melalui penerapan metode edutainmentdengan cara:a) Kemampuan menunjukkan benda yang banyak dan benda yang sedikit b) Kemampuan mengukur dengan takaran benda ukuran banyak dan sedikit c) Kemampuan mengukur sendiri benda yang dikategorikan banyak dan benda yang dikategorikan sedikit.Kata Kunci: Mengenal Konsep, Metode Edutainment

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang terjadi pada anak di kelas B3 di Taman Kanak-Kanak Barunawati Pontianak yaitu kemampuan motorik halus anak dikatakan masih kurang, anak masih sulit memegang pensil dengan benar dan menggerakan pensil pun masih kaku. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang efektivitas metode drill dalam aktivitas menggambar terhadap peningkatan motorik halus anak  di Taman Kanak-Kanak Barunawati Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-Experimental One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan lembar chek list. Sumber data adalah sembilan anak dengan kemampuan motorik halus masih kurang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada saat pre-test motorik halus anak dalam kemampuan melengkungkan telapak tangan diperoleh persentase sebesar 55,56% meningkat menjadi 66,67% pada saat post-test, kemampuan menggunakan jari telunjuk dan jempol untuk memegang suatu benda memperoleh hasil persentase 22,23% meningkat menjadi 100% pada saat post-test, kemampuan membuat bentuk lengkung dengan jempol dan telunjuk dengan persentase 44,44% meningkat menjadi 77,78% pada saat post-test. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Paired T Sample Test. Nilai t hitung sebesar 10,000 dengan tingkat sig (2 tailed) = 0,000 dengan df= n-1=9-1=8, sehingga nilai t tabel = 2,30600 pada taraf signifikasi (a=0,05). Hasil t hitung ≥ t table, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang terjadi pada anak dikelas B di Taman Kanak-kanak Islamiyah Pontianak yaitu kemampuan dasar seni anak pada kegiatan melukis dengan kuas dikatakan masih kurang, anak masih menggunakan krayon sebagai alat yang digunakan dalam kegitan melukis, membentuk  pada gambar dalam kegiatan melukis dan memberi warna kurang tepat. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui kemampuan dasar seni dalam kegiatan melukis menggunakan kuas di Taman Kanak-kanak islamiyah Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-ekperimental one group pre-test post-test post-test design. Teknik pengumpulkan data menggunakan observasi dan lembar wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada saat pre-test anak sebelum menggunakan kuas untuk kegiatan melukis diperoleh persentase 33,33 % meningkat menjadi 58,33 % Pada saat post-test. kerapian dalam menggunakan kuas memperoleh persentase sebesar 16,66% meningkatan menjadi 58,33 % pada saat post-test. kebersihan melukis menggunakan kuas hasil persentase 33,33 % meningkat menjadi 75,00 % pada saat post-test. kreativitas anak dalam kegiatan melukis menggunakan kuas hasil persentase 33,33 % meningkat menjadi 66,66 % pada saat post-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SPSS sig sebesar 0,120 ternyata a=0,05 lebih kecil dari sig (0,05 ≥ 0,120) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem of this research is "Whether the application of Know-Won to Know-Learned method can improve students' reading comprehension skills in VA West Pontianak primary school class. This study aims to describe the improvement of reading comprehension skills of students by using the method of Know-Want to Know-Learned through the story in the VA class of Elementary School Negeri 21 Pontianak Barat. The research method used is descriptive method, while the form of research used is a classroom action research with the nature of collaborative research. Subjects in the study were as many as 33 students in the VA class. Data collecting technique used in this research is direct observation technique and documentation. Data collection tool used in the form of observation sheet. The results showed that students' reading comprehension skill in cycle I was seen from 33 students with an average score of 46.48, with the completeness of 9,10% (3 people) while the unfinished 90,90% (30 people). While the second cycle has an increase of 33 students with an average value of 67.93, with the completeness of 66.67% (22 people) while the unfinished 33.33% (11 people). Then on the third cycle again increased visible from 33 students with an average value of 74.69 with a mastery of 81.81% (27 people) while the unfinished 18.19% (6 people). It can be concluded that using Know-Want to Know-Learned method can improve reading comprehension skill of students in class VA SD Negeri 21 Pontianak Barat. Keywords: Improvement, Reading Understanding, Know-Want to Know-Learned Method

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how much influence the learning of using textbooks with constructivist and multirepresentative approaches to student learning  outcomes in the material of ionic bonds and covalent bonds. The population of this study was all students of academic class. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques used are measurement techniques and direct communication techniques. The assessment instrument used was the learning achievement test. The sample used in this study was class XA as a control class and class XB as an experimental class. The design used in this study is the control group pretest-posttest design. Assumed the data come from the same variance. Based on the t-independent test, a sig value of 0,000 (<0.05) was obtained, meaning that there were differences in learning outcomes between the control class and the experimental class. Differences in learning outcomes between control class students and experimental class students who are given learning by using textbooks with constructivist and multirepresentative approaches. The effect of learning using books with a constructivist and multi-representation approach. gives an effect of 76% on learning outcomes in the material of ionic bonds and covalent bonds of class X students of SMA 2 AMBAWANG.Keywords: Constructivist and Multi-Representation Textbook Media

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is about the conflicts experienced by the characters in the story line by presenting conflicts that arise within themselves and something that exists outside of themselves. The problem in this study is how internal and external conflict with the characters and the implementation of this research in learning Indonesian. The purpose of this study is to describe the internal and external conflicts in figures and the implementation of this research in learning Indonesian using the novel I am Sarahza by Hanum Salsabiela Rais and Rangga Almahendra. The benefits in this study are divided into two, namely theoretical benefits and practical benefits.The theory used in this research is the structure of novel builders, conflict, psychology in literary works, and literary learning in schools. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the use of an “Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun” (PAIKEM) learning strategy to improve improving students’ learning outcomes in class X SMAN 2 Sungai Raya. This is an observational study in the form of qualitative research, of which the analysis was presented descriptively. Research data were collected from Civic Education teacher and tenth-grade IPS 1 students using direct communication, observation, and documentary study techniques. The data collection instruments were interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation worksheets. The findings showed that active students included those who actively asked questions, asked for and expressed opinions. Innovative students were those who can deepen their understanding of the material studied not only depend on textbooks but also use technology. Creative students were those who have many ways to understand the material, then are facilitated by the teacher. Effective student was the goal fulfilled after students received the knowledge that was designed at the beginning of learning. Fun learning was seen from the conducive classroom environment and the friendly, enthusiastic, and cheerful teacher. Based on the finding, there was an increase in students’ learning outcomes after implementing PAIKEM learning strategy with the average scores increased from 6,7 to 8,1.  Keywords: PAIKEM, Learning Strategy, Learning Outcomes.
