The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of service quality, promotion and product quality on costumer loyalty at Alfamart. The population of this research is the Alfamart customers in West Jakarta which is unlimited.The survey method has been done for 50 respondents that accidentally shopped to Alfamart. The collected data have been analyzed by correlation test, t- test and F test.The results from the correlation test analyses could be concluded that there were correlations among the independent variables toward the dependent variable. The result from t-test could be concluded that among the independent variables to dependent variables had less significance influence. The result from F test could be concluded that service quality, promotion and product quality had significant influence to costumer loyalty.

PT Inti Marina Netting yang dipilih sebagai objek penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan jaring ikan, aksesoris kelautan, peralatan menyelam serta peralatan untuk kelautan yang dalam kegiatan perusahaannya membutuhkan gudang yang efektif dan efisien. Dalam suatu perusahaan dagang, gudang memiliki arti yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan.Gudang atau storage merupakan tempat menyimpan barang baik bahan baku yang akan dilakukan proses manufacturing maupun barang jadi yang siap dipasarkan. Sedangkan pergudangan tidak hanya kegiatan penyimpanan barang saja melainkan proses penanganan barang mulai dari penerimaan barang, pencatatan, penyimpanan, pemilihan, penyortiran, pelebelan, sampai dengan proses pengiriman barang. Penelitian ini mengambil judul Prosedur Administrasi Gudang Alat-alat Kelautan Pada PT Inti Marina Netting Jakarta Barat. Penulis meneliti dengan metode pengamatan secara langsung, wawancara dengan kepala logistik Gudang Jaring dan dokumentasi dengan analisanya berupa kualitatif yaitu metode analisis data tanpa menggunakan analisis statistik. Pelaksanaan administrasi gudang pada PT Inti Marina Netting Jakarta Barat dimulai dengan penerimaan barang masuk yang dikirim dari supplier dan pengeluaran barang yang akan dikirim ke customer sudah berjalan dengan baik.

Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 104 pelanggan bengkel motor Scooter Jam Jakarta Barat. Dalam penelitian ini data diolah menggunakan SPSS Versi 26 untuk melakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, korelasi ganda, koefisien determinasi dan persamaan regresi berganda. Ringkasan hasil penelitian pengaruh kehandalan dan jaminan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat, dijelaskan dari hasil korelasi sebesar 0.764 dan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.584 atau 58.4% dan sisanya 41.6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak penulis buat. Hasil persamaan regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa Y = 2.775 + 0.282 + 0.551 yang berarti kehandalan (0.282) dan jaminan (0.551). Diperoleh hasil dari uji F pada regresi berganda nilai signifikan untuk pengaruh X1 (kehandalan) dan X2 (jaminan) secara simultan terhadap Y (kepuasan pelanggan) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 70.949 > F tabel 3.09.

This research was motivated by the existence of data from the results of observations in the field, which resulted in the ability to write biographical texts on high school students who were still low. This is because there are teacher problems that are not appropriate in applying the method, so students feel difficulties in learning in school. Based on the description, the researchers conducted a study of the application of the jigsaw method to learning to write biographical texts of high school students expected by using these methods to obtain better results. The purpose to be obtained is to find out the process of students using the jigsaw method and to find out the differences in the learning outcomes of writing biographical texts using the jigsaw method. This study also used the Quasi Experimental Design research method with a one group pre-test post-test design approach. The researcher chose 35 high school students in the sample. Data collection techniques were used by conducting the initial test (pretest) and the final test (posttest). Based on these results the average value of pretest is 60.7 and the average posttest value is 80.91 so that there is a difference in value of 20.21 which can be concluded that the jigsaw method is effective in solving teacher problems that are not appropriate in applying the method.

Implementation of Project Based Learning Model with Windows Movie Maker Media in Improvement of Short Story Writing R. Panca Pertiwi Hidayati; Siti Nurjanah

This research is motivated by the lack of ability of students in writing short stories. This research apply project based learning model with windows movie maker media. The formulation of the problem is "Whether the application of project based learning model with windows movie maker media can improve the ability to write short stories of students." In accordance with the formulation of the problem, the hypothesis of this research is the application of project based learning model with windows movie maker media can improve writing skills Short stories of students greater than or equal to 75. This study is based on the Kemmis and Taggart self-reflection model that lasts for 2 cycles. Based on the observer's observation, teacher activity in learning has increased at every meeting and cycle, starting from cycle I teachers get the average value of 82,5. In the second cycle get an average value of 97.5. Similarly, student activity on cycles 1 obtained an average of 75, and in the last 2 cycles the average score was 95. The results of the questionnaire generally showed that students responded positively to the short story writing model using project based learning and media windows movie maker . Implementation of Project Based Learning model with Windows Movie Maker Media can improve students' writing skill. It is shown by the average value of pretes of 42.4 increased in cycle I with an average of 78, then increased again in cycle II with an average of 85.4. Hypothesis test results in this study obtained t count equal to 6.992. Meanwhile, with the degree of freedom 19 at the level of significance 0.05 (5%) obtained t table value of 1.729. So t count> t table is 6.992> 1.729 so H0.

ABSTRAK Bidan dalam memberikan pelayanan kebidanan yang paripurna dan berkesinambungan akan berorientasi pada asuhan kebidanan yang bersifat holistik. Hal itu tidak terlepas dari kompetensi yang harus dikuasai seorang bidan berdasarkan wewenangnya. Dalam praktiknya kompetensi bidan saat ini belum seperti yang diharapkan. Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berkembang dengan pesat dan dampaknya terjadi perubahan nilai serta kebutuhan masyarakat yang meningkat terhadap bidan. Bila kondisi tersebut tidak diatasi, maka kepuasan dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap bidan akan semakin menurun. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi asuhan kehamilan mahasiswa kebidanan dengan kepuasan pasien pada praktik klinik kebidanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah rancangan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV program studi DIII Kebidanan UNS dan pasien ibu hamil di rumah sakit dan puskesmas di wilayah Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total populasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis bivariat Chi-Square dilanjutkan dengan regresi logistik. Simpulan penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan kompetensi asuhan kehamilan mahasiswa D III kebidanan dengan kepuasan pasien pada praktik klinik kebidanan. Â Kata kunci: kompetensi, kepuasan pasien Â Â Â ABSTRACT Midwives in providing maternity services that complete and continuous to be oriented holistic midwifery care. It was not separated from the competencies that must be controlled by a midwife pursuant to her authority. In practice competence of midwives currently not as expected. Science and technology is developing rapidly and the impact a change in the values and needs of the people who improve to the midwife. If these conditions are not addressed, then the satisfaction and public confidence in the midwife will decrease. The study aims to determine the relationship of the competence of pregnancy care with patient satisfaction of midwifery students in clinical practice midwifery. The method used is observational analytic design with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were students of fourth semester study program D III Midwifery UNS pregnant women and patients in hospitals and health centers in the region of Surakarta. The sample in this study using the total population. Data analysis using Chi-Square bivariate analysis followed by logistic regression. The conclusions of the study is there is a relationship of pregnancy care competency D III midwifery students with patient satisfaction at midwifery clinical practice. ABSTRAK Upaya kesehatan anak sejak di dalam kandungan diperlukan agar kualitas hidup anak mencapai tumbuh kembang yang optimal baik fisik, mental, emosional maupun sosial. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi proses perkembangan motorik, selain faktor genetik terdapat faktor lingkungan. Faktor lingkungan akan mengoptimalkan potensi genetik yang dipunyai seorang anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan pendidikan status gizi dengan perkembangan motorik kasar bayi usia 6-24 bulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah anak balita usia 6-24 bulan di Klinik Baby Smile Karanganyar sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara statistik antara status gizi (OR= 3,04; CI 95% 0,97 â€“ 9,46; p= 0,048) dengan perkembangan motorik kasar bayi. Bayi yang berstatus gizi baik mempunyai perkembangan motorik kasar normal. Â Kata kunci: status gizi, perkembangan motorik kasar. Â Â Â ABSTRACT The improving of childrenâ€™s health since inside the womb is needed in order to make the life quality of children can grow well physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Many factors affect the motor development; beside genetic factors, there are environmental factors. Environmental factors will optimize the genetic potential which belongs to a child. This research aimed to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development of infants.This study was an observational quantitative study with cross sectional approach. The subjects were 100 children at the clinic Baby Smile Karanganyar in August 2015. The analysis used was chi square analysis. This study explains that there were positive and statistically significant effects among the nutritional status of children and motor development of 6-24 months babies (OR= 3,04; CI 95% 0,97 â€“ 9,46; p= 0,048). The conclusion of this study is the babies who are good nutritional status have normal gross motor development of 6-24 months babies. Â Keywords: nutrition status, gross motor development.

SRL is an individual process to achieve goals or targets, by managing and improving themselves (Manab 2016). With the support of a good SRL can encourage success that occurs especially for adolescents in the process of growth and development, a good SRL can improve student / teen achievement (Jantz 2011). According to Zimmermen and Pons, SRL has three factors, personal, behavioral, and environmental. One of the main factors of personal factors is the goals. To determine the correlation between the goals of graduating on time and self regulated learning (SRL) among sophomores in medical faculty of Malahayati University.A quantitative research with analytic design and cross sectional design and samples were collected by using accidental sampling. Data were evaluated with SPSS. The total sample of 122 students with moderate on-time graduation goals were 116 respondents (95.1%) . The students with high SRL were 62 respondents (50.8%). Statistical analysis using the Pearson test showed a p-value of 0.018 with a correlation test of +0.214. The goals of graduating on time with self-regulated learning in sophomores of Medical Faculty of Malahayati University are correlated. With low correlation power and positive correlation direction, the higher the goal of graduating on time, the higher the SRL, the goal of graduating on time affects the SRL by 4, 6%.
