Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work discipline on work motivation and to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work discipline on employee performance of KOTAKU Program in Kendari City. This type of research is explanatory research with sample is 31 employees in KOTAKU Program in Kendari City. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS.The results of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on work motivation. (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine and analyze: (1) The effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and product innovation on marketing performance of tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (2) The effect of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance of tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (3) The effect of market orientation on marketing performance of tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (4) The effect of product innovation on marketing performance of tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency. The number of samples in this study was all entrepeneur of Coffe Tolaki at South Konawe Regency about 34 respondents. The analysis technique was using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.The results showed that: (1) entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance of tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (2) Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance of Tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (3) Market orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance of Tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency, (4) Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance of Tolaki coffee processing entrepreneur South Konawe Regency

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of organizational innovation partially significant on employee performance, to determine the effect of knowledge management partially significant influence on employee performance, to determine partially transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance and to determine the effect of organizational innovation, Knowledge management and transformational leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Environmental Service Office of North Buton Regency. This study used 50 respondents as civil servants of the North Buton Regency Environmental Service. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. The research data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational innovation partially on employee performance, knowledge management also has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership has a partially significant positive effect on employee performance. The same results were also found on the influence of organizational innovation, knowledge management, and transformational leadership simultaneously having a significant effect on employee performance at the North Buton Regency Environmental Service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service excellence on increasing Muzakki's loyalty in paying zakat at Baznas of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted on the people of Southeast Sulawesi province who paid zakat at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Baznas of 120 people. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that service excellence consisting of attitude, attention, action, ability, appereance, and accountability significantly plays a role in increasing Muzakki's loyalty

Abstract

Public service providers are obliged to meet the standard components of services. This standard component of online public services is designed to provide the widest possible access to information to the public so that it is easier for the public to reach basic services that lead to community welfare. The main purpose of electronic services is people's satisfaction in using online services. This satisfaction can be realized if the services provided are in accordance with the established service standards or better than the service standards. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-customer satisfaction. Determination of sample size using the slovin formula so that a sample of 76 respondents was obtained and the sample was drawn using the accidental random sampling method. Data analysis using Multivariate Regression with SPSS 24 software.Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) E-service quality and e-trust secara simultan  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap e-customer satisfaction at the office of investment and one door integrated services, wakatobi regency; (2) E-service quality  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-customer satisfaction at the office of investment and one door integrated services, wakatobi regency; (3) E-trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap e-customer satisfaction at the office of investment and one door integrated services, wakatobi regency.

Abstract

This study aims of this study are (1) to find out and analyze whether the work environment, compensation, and motivation affect job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees; (2) To find out and analyze whether the work environment affects job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees; (3) To find out and analyze whether compensation affects job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees; (4) To find out and analyze whether motivation affects job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees.This research is a type of quantitative research, data collection uses research instruments, and data analysis is quantitative or statistical, intending to test predetermined hypotheses and use Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) analysis tools V.24.The results of the research work environment, compensation, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees. The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for Class IIA Kendari State Prison House Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of Work Motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of sales force employeesof PT Telkom (Persero) Kendari Branch. The population selected in this study were employees as sales force at PT Telkom (Persero) Kendari Branch totaling 63 employees. This type of research data is quantitative data research. The data source used in this research is primary data. Variable measurement scale using an instrument using a Likert scale. The data analysis method of this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously and partially work motivation and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Pegawai perlu dikembangkan dan dibina secara berkelanjutan agar mereka dapat secara konsisten memberikan kontribusi sesuai dengan tingkat profesional yang diharapkan serta lebih memilki perilaku yang dapat diandalkan. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan, kegiatan non diklat, promosi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah dengan metode survey terhadap seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Kehutanan Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara sebanyak 159 pegawai. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda mengunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan, kegiatan non diklat, promosi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial serta merupakan faktor pendorong penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menginventarisi komoditas-komoditas unggulan berbasis pertanian di Kota Baubau, memetakan komoditas-komoditas unggulan pertanian berbasis karakteristik kewilayahan di Kota Baubau, dan merumuskan formulasi strategi, program dan indikasi rencana tindak yang perlu ditempuh dalam rangka meningkatkan produktivitas sektor pertanian di Kota Baubau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan komoditas unggulan pertanian yakni; padi, jagung, ubi kayu, dan jambu mete, dengan temperatur, curah hujan, jenis tanah di seluruh wilayah kecamatan di Kota Baubau relatif sesuai dengan komoditas unggulan pertanian yang ada. Namun, jenis komoditas unggulan pertanian yang ada di Kota Baubau relatif tidak sesuai dengan kedalaman tanah efektif pada wilayah-wilayah kecamatan yang ada. Hasil penyusunan arah kebijakan pengembangan komoditas unggulan pertanian Kota Baubau diperoleh 4 (empat) arah kebijakan, yakni: peningkatan hasil produksi komoditas unggulan pertanian untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan masyarakat Kota Baubau; peningkatan nilai tambah komoditas unggulan pertanian di Kota Baubau melalui skema pengembangan komoditas unggulan pertanian dari hulu hingga hilir; peningkatan kemampuan akses pasar untuk produk-produk hilir berbasis komoditas unggulan pertanian Kota Baubau; peningkatan akses pada sumber daya produktif dan sumber daya ekonomi potensial untuk peningkatan hasil produksi komoditas unggulan pertanian serta industri-industri turunannya. Hasil penyusunan formulasi strategi pengembangan komoditas unggulan pertanian Kota Baubau terdapat 4 (empat) formulasi strategi yakni: Strategi Peningkatan Hasil Produksi; Strategi Pengembangan Industri Hilir Berbasis Komoditas Unggulan Pertanian; Strategi Peningkatan Kapasitas Pembiayaan Usaha; dan Strategi Peningkatan Ketersediaan Pasar Produk Industri Hilir.
