Abstract

The purpose of this study is to partially and concurrently assess and analyze the effect of lifestyle, halal brand image, celebrity endorser, and price level on purchase decisions of Wardah cosmetics by economic education students at Makassar State University. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach with a sampling method using the slovin method. After being formulated, it is known that the number of samples in this study were 80 active female students from the 2017-2021 class of Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Data collection techniques are through observation, questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. Then it will be analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25. In this study, it was found that the tests carried out at the Economic Education Study Program, Makassar State University partially, lifestyle variables, halal brand image, celebrity endorser and the price level of each variable affect the purchasing decision of Wardah cosmetics at Makassar State University Economic Education students. Meanwhile, simultaneously, lifestyle variables, halal brand image, celebrity endorser and price level together have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Wardah cosmetics on Economic Education Students, Makassar State University.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Masagena Coffee di kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penentuan jumlah responden menggunakan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Accidental Sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel harga, kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan lokasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Masagena Coffee di kota Makassar yaitu F hitung = 7,050 > F tabel = 2,31 dengan tingkat signifikansi F = 0,000 < α= 0,05. Berdasarkan uji signifikan secara parsial variabel harga dan variabel lokasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Masagena Coffee di Kota Makassar yaitu variabel harga sebesar 0,288 > 0,05 dan nilai T hitung =1,068 < T tabel = 1,985, variabel lokasi sebesar 0,802 > 0,05 dan nilai T hitung = 0,251 < T = tabel 1,985. Sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Masagena Coffee di Kota Makassar yaitu variabel kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai T hitung = 3,431 > T tabel = 1,985, dan variabel promosi sebesar 0,046 < 0,05 dan nilai T hitung = 2,027 > T tabel = 1,985. Adapun nilai korelasi (R) variabel harga ,kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan lokasi sebesar 0,478 hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan harga, kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,478 atau sebesar 47,8%. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinan (R Square) sebesar 0,229 artinya bahwa pengaruh harga, kualitas pelayanan, promosi dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,229 atau sebesar 22,9 %. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain sebesar 77,1 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online consumer reviews and prices on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The research method used is the quantitative method with the method of collecting data, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation. In this survey, the majority of respondents are students who have made online purchases, and overall there are 97 respondents. The data collection methodology used a questionnaire instrument that was compiled based on a Liker scale and had gone through validation and reliability procedures. The analysis was then performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Partially the online consumer review variable had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. 2) Partially, the price variable has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar. 3) Simultaneously online consumer reviews and prices have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji aspek transfer pengetahuan dalam perspektif pendidikan ekonomi informal melalui model SECI Nonaka dan mengkaji proses revitalisasi produk kain sutera dalam pengembangan produk yang berbasis fashion modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap objek penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, pemaparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi transfer pengetahuan yaitu (1) terciptanya pengetahuan baru dan inovasi seperti modifikasi motif dan diversifikasi produk kain sutera yang merupakan keberhasilan proses konversi transfer pengetahuan. (2) memberikan pembaharuan yang merujuk pada perubahan berbasis modern bagi perkembangan industri pensuteraan di Kabupaten Wajo dengan mengkomunikasikan nilai-nilai filsofi kain sutera melalui produk-produk aplikasi kain sutera untuk merevitalisasikan dan menjaga ketahanan eksistensi kain sutera.

Abstract

This study aims to determine community empowerment based on entrepreneurship in urban farming and analyze the efforts that can be made by agricultural extension workers, the government in developing KWT Anggrek. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of observation methods, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment at KWT Anggrek has been well implemented, marked by assistance from the government, collaboration, provision of counseling which is always provided by extension workers so that the community can develop and increase agricultural output both in terms of quality and quantity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the availability of raw materials, the level of competition, and entrepreneurial behavior of the furniture business in Manggala District, Makassar City in supporting business development. This research is categorized as a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, data collection is done using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that furniture business owners in Manggala District, Makassar City have 4 indicators of raw material availability, namely: estimated usage, material prices, inventory costs, and waiting time. And the level of competition has 6 indicators, namely: price, quality, customer loyalty, discounted prices, marketing techniques, target market. As well as entrepreneurial behavior has 4 indicators, namely: obstacles, risks, innovation, cooperation, where the results of the SWOT analysis that have been carried out, there are four strategic choices for furniture business in Manggala District, Makassar City, consisting of strengths opportunities (SO), weakness opportunities (WO). ), Strength threats (ST), and weakness threats (WT).

Abstract

This study examines how the influence of internet promotion media and personal selling on the purchasing decisions of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City. This research is categorized as a qualitative descriptive study with a population of 49 people who are consumers of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City, especially in the Antang area, Kec. Manggala. The data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the promotional media variable had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City, while the personal selling variable had a negative and insignificant effect on the purchase of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City.

Abstract

Writing this thesis aims to determine the sustainability of the clothing merchant business in the Baru market, Bantaeng Regency, by focusing on three variables, namely entrepreneurial literacy, digital literacy and business sustainability in 3 respondents as the research sample. This study uses qualitative methods, using data collection techniques with interviews, direct observation of the object of research. Then the research results were assessed using a qualitative approach technique. The data collection techniques above obtained the results of research showing that entrepreneurial literacy and digital literacy of clothing traders in the Baru market, Bantaeng Regency, can be categorized as good enough to support the development of these clothing traders. This is because traders have an understanding of the business they have established, never neglect in carrying out their obligations and things that can interfere with the existence of the business. Meanwhile, business continuity shows that the clothing merchant business in New Market, Bantaeng Regency, can be categorized as quite good, because it can develop well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and business location on the purchasing decisions of consumer at Pattaya Thaitea Drink, in the District of Rappocini City of Makassar. This study is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all pattaya thaitea drink consumers whose number could not be determined and a sample are 100 respondents who are consumers of pattaya thaitea drink. Data collection is done with observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The result of this study show that store atmosphere and business location has positive significant effect on puchasing decision of consumer at pattaya thaitea drink both partially and simultaneously. In this study the most, dominant influential variable is store atmosphere variable because it has a higher regression coefficient value than value of business location regression.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui modal kewirausahaan yang dimiliki pemilik usaha dan strategi bersaing yang diterapkan pada usaha kuliner “Ceker Sayap Makassar”. Penelitian ini dikategorikan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilik usaha kuliner “Ceker Sayap Makassar” memiliki 4 jenis modal kewirausahaan diantaranya adalah modal intelektual, modal sosial, modal mental, dan modal material. Selain itu usaha kuliner “Ceker Sayap Makassar” juga menerapkan 2 jenis strategi bersaing yaitu Cost Leadership (strategi biaya rendah) dan Differentiation (diferensiasi) dimana hasil dari analisis SWOT yang telah dilakukan, terdapat empat pilihan strategi untuk usaha kuliner “Ceker Sayap Makassar” yang terdiri dari strengths opportunities (SO), weakness opportunities (WO), Strenghts threats (ST), dan weakness threats (WT). Kata Kunci: Ekonomi Kreatif, Modal Kewirausahaan, Strategi Bersaing, SWOT.
