Abstract

Finding best practices in human resource management, especially in advancing global tourism, both services and goods, is an exciting topic, mainly when much scientific evidence has been investigated in various advanced provinces in the tourism industry. To obtain valid data to support this research question, we collect several publications which are scientific evidence in the field and analyze them using a phenomenological approach which includes, among others, in-depth data coding systems, in-depth evaluation, and data synthesis and interpretation to obtain valid findings to answer the research problem. We electronically scoured many literary data sources for our data. Next, we made a descriptive qualitative report, in which we looked at various points of view with findings including that the key to tourism success, as in several provinces in Indonesia, lies in the skills and excellence of government and private human resources in managing tourism to make their province the best tourist destination. Those are some reviews from various studies that are scientific evidence to answer this study question. Hopefully useful for further studies.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss strategies to improve the quality of the apostles in efforts to increase university competitiveness through research activities. To discuss this theme, we have conducted a series of data searches on several data sources that discuss the issue of increasing lecturer resources and the quality of intensity through research activities. We analyze the collected data under a phenomenological approach, which includes organizing data, coding data, in-depth evaluation, and high interpretation to improve the quality and reliability of study findings. An electronic population data search in several related kinds of literature, then we designed it in a descriptive collection. Based on the findings and discussion, we have concluded that efforts to excel in improving the quality of lecturers through improving the quality of understanding are a strategy that several universities in developed countries have pursued. The same strategy can be applied by Indonesian investment to increase the ranking and design of universities through research activities carried out by lecturers.

Abstract

Through interviews with several academic activities and campus management at the University of Bengkulu, we have managed to obtain several data which are also backed up by secondary data from the publications we reviewed to answer the study themes which aim to respond to digital-based learning trends in efforts to improve millennial student learning outcomes. The author understands that the trend of using digital in learning is familiar. However, to gain new knowledge, we try to get direct data through conversations with staff and decision-making at the University of Bengkulu. We can analyze the results of both the interview data and the review of various sources under a phenomenological approach, in which, among other things, we coded data and revised the data to interpret the data. The latest data contains elements of validity and reliability that can be relied upon. Based on the study's results and available data, the University of Bengkulu believes that digital-based learning is a practical, transformative, and productive solution to improving the learning outcomes of Indonesian students who are said to be millennials. These findings will provide new insights into future discussions of similar studies.  Keywords: Digital Base Classroom, Improving Learning Outcome, Digital Classrom Learning

Abstract

This study aimed at interviewing university students of Perbanas Institute Jakarta; through focus group discussion interviews, we have received inputs in the form of accurate information about the advantages and benefits students get when they enroll in the institute's banking and finance department. After collecting the data, we analyzed it to understand which would answer the study problems mentioned above. As for the first process, we read the touchscreen interview results and then tried it so that we were able to compile a data concept according to the question and answer segments. After a series of data analyses, there are some advantages that students get while studying and preparing for a career, among others. Successful banking is certainly backed up by Technology and supported by faith resources who understand banking theory and practice in an era that is now increasingly millennial. These findings will provide additional information for the development of similar studies in the future. Keywords:  Education Benefits Millennials, Education Benefits, Education for Milennials

Abstract

This study aims to dig up information on how students understand Islamic religion courses by using a basic semiotic approach to improve security in reading skills in Islamic religious course content. We conducted a series of debriefings with students from Sam Ratulangi University in the city. We obtained the data and analyzed it under a phenomenological approach which involved, among other things, interpretation of data grouping data and concluding to gain an understanding of validly answering study questions. Based on the results of interviews and analysis as well as gold, we can conclude that the understanding of Islamic religious course texts among student participants in general Islamic religious courses is categorized as good where students use a basic symbiotic approach to understand Islamic religious texts even though they have little understanding of Islam—considering that the majority of students at Sam Ratulangi University are not many who adhere to Islam. These findings will provide a new understanding and support studying students' academic skills using a basic semiotic approach.

Abstract

This study described a public policy approach to anticipate the impact of natural disasters in Indonesia's civil engineering context. Many studies have reported how public policy approaches anticipate and manage disaster risk strategies. However, few relate to the role of civil engineering, especially the younger generation involved in designing policies and playing their role in natural disaster management. This study has reviewed 50 disaster papers that we analyzed with a phenomenological approach to understanding the role and approach of public policy in dealing with disaster hazards and risks. Our Monalisa system involves data coding, in-depth evaluation, and impotence of data to get the most answers. After a series of studies and discussions, we can conclude that the disaster management policy was originally a policy designed by the state and then directed to the National Disaster Management Agency following presidential regulations so that the law was made an effort to cope with disasters and be responsible to the state. The relationship between civil engineering is that they participate in policy and impact analysis studies closely related to public and private development. We hope that these findings will become an essential friend for further studies.
