Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBM) dengan menggunakan LK terbimbing dengan LK bebas termodifikasi, KPS, kemampuan berpikir analitis dan interaksinya terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik. Menggunakan metode eksperimen desain anava tiga jalan 2 x 2 x 2, data diolah menggunakan bantuan Software SPSS 18. Subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas VIII, SMPN I Kapas, Kab. Bojonegoro Jawa Timur semester genap tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Hasil penelitian didapatkan; 1) ada pengaruh penggunaan LK terbimbing dengan LK bebas termodifikasi terhadap prestasi belajar; 2) ada pengaruh keterampilan proses sains terhadap prestasi belajar; 3) ada pengaruh antara kemampuan berpikir analitis terhadap prestasi belajar;  4) ada interaksi antara penggunaan jenis LK (terbimbing dan bebas termodifikasi) dengan keterampilan proses sains terhadap prestasi belajar; 5) tidak ada interaksi antara penggunaan jenis LK (terbimbing dan bebas termodifikasi) dengan kemampuan berpikir analitis terhadap prestasi belajar;  6) ada interaksi antara keterampilan proses sains dan kemampuan berpikir analitis  terhadap prestasi belajar; 7) tidak ada interaksi antara penggunaan jenis LK dengan keterampilan proses sains  dan kemampuan berpikir analitis terhadap prestasi belajar.   Kata kunci:  Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBM), lembar kerja terbimbing, lembar kerja bebas termodifikasi, keterampilan proses sains, kemampuan berpikir analitis.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh penggunaan model PBL melalui metode Eksperimen di Laboratorium dan Lapangan, Kemampuan Menganalisis, Sikap Peduli Lingkungan, dan interaksinya terhadap prestasi belajar ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik siswa.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 211/ 2012. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas X SMA N 9 Bandar Lampung. Sampel diperoleh dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling yang terdiri dari dua kelas, X 8 dan X 9. Kelas X 8 diberi pembelajaran dengan metode Eksperimen Lapangan dan kelas X 9 diberi pembelajaran dengan metode Eksperimen Laboratorium. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode tes, observasi dan angket terhadap siswa. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan anova . Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan: 1) Tidak ada pengaruh penggunaan metode eksperimen laboratorium dan eksperimen lapangan terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif dan psikomotorik siswa sedangkan prestasi belajar afektif ada, 2) Ada pengaruh kemampuan berfikir analisis terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif siswa sedangkan pada prestasi belajar afektif dan psikomotorik tidak ada, 3) Ada pengaruh sikap peduli lingkungan terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif dan psikomotorik siswa, sedangkan untuk afektif tidak ada, 4) Ada interaksi antara metode dengan kemampuan analisis terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik siswa, 5) Ada interaksi antara metode dan sikap peduli lingkungan terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik siswa, 6) Ada interaksi antara kemampuan berfikir analisis dengan sikap peduli lingkungan terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif dan afektif sedangkan psikomotorik tidak ada, 7) ada interaksi antara metode, kemampuan analisis, dengan sikap peduli lingkungan terhadap prestasi belajar kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik siswa.   Kata Kunci: Model Problem Based Learning, Eksperimen Laboratorium, Eksperimen Lapangan, Kemampuan Berfikir Analisis, Sikap Peduli Lingkungan

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research was to observe theeffect of the fortification of protein isolates of rebon shrimp to sneak-head eggpremix flour. The research was conducted at the Laboratory of Fish Processing Technology, the Laboratory of Fishery Chemistry and the Integrated Laboratory in the Fisheries and Marine Faculty at the Universitas Riau Pekanbaru in January - March 2019. The research used an experimental method by conducting the treatment of adding protein isolates of rebon shrimp at 4 levels (0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%) to the sneak-head eggpremix flour. The variables assessed were organoleptic quality (appearance, odor, texture andflavor) and the chemical analysis, including the content of water, ash, lipid, protein andcarbohydrate (by difference). The results showed that the fortification of rebon shrimp isolates protein at the concentration of 15% was the best treatment indicated by the highest organoleptic value. The product was characterized by clean, normal, bright with the appearance score at 8.0; tasty aroma of rebon shrimp and seasoning wafted with the odor score at 8,4; very smooth and dry texture scored at 8.0; very tasty with shrimp flavor mixed with specific taste of sneak-head egg with the flavor score at 8.5. The product was containing moisture, ash, lipid, protein and carbohydrate (by difference)at 3.97%, 1.31%, 8.56%, 39,32% and 46,83%, respectively.              Keywords: Isolate protein,premix flour,rebon shrimp, sneak-head egg

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was aimed to obtain the best product ofrebon shrimp(Mysis relicta)  protein isolates by addition of citric acid at different concentrations. The parameters observed were the amount of flour yielded and the proximate chemical composition (the content of moisture, ash, fat and protein). The method used was an experimental and the design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The treatment conducted was addition of citric acid solution at 3 different level concentrations (3.5%, 4%, and 4.5%). The results showed that the best rebon shrimp protein isolates was produced by adding 4.5%citric acid. The protein isolate was containing 4.11%water, 19.82%ash, 2.11%fat and 84.20% protein. Meanwhile, the content of total amino acid was 39.65%, dominated by leucine, glutamic acid and aspartic acid at 9.03%, 5.09%, 4.20%, respectively.Keywords: citric acid, isolate protein, proximate

Abstract

As it has been stressed on within the educational program curriculum, science process skills acquisition is an inextricable outcome of a science learning program. Therefore, the proper type of assessment for measuring science process skills is an inseparable part of science education program. In this study, we use a Two-Tier Multiple Choice (TTMC) assessment instruments to measure 148 senior high schools students’ science process skills. Through TTMC assessment instrument, we found that the students' skills in six different science process skills indicators were varied, with skills to communicate scientific concepts as the highest level of acquisition.

Abstract

The Q-deformed D-dimensional Klein Gordon equation with Kratzer potential is solved by using Hypergeometric method in the case of exact spin symmetry. The linear radial momentum of D-dimensional Klein Gordon equation is disturbed by the presence of the quadratic radial posisiton. The Klein-Gordon D-dimensional equation is reduced to one-dimensional Schrodinger like equation with variable substitution. The solution of the D-dimensional Klein-Gordon equation is determined in the form of a general equation of the Hypergeometry function using the Kratzer potential variable and the quantum deformation variable. From this equation, relativistic energy and wave function are determined. In addition, the relativistic energy equation can be used to calculate numerical energy levels for diatomic particles (CO, NO, O2) using Matlab R2013a software. The results obtained show that the q-deformed quantum parameters, quantum numbers and dimensions affect the value of relativistic energy for zero-pin particles. The value of energy increases with increasing value of quantum number n, q-deformed parameters, and d-dimensional parameters. Of the three parameters, q-deformed parameter is the most dominant to give change in energy value; the increasing q-deformed parameter causes the energy value increases significantly compared to the d-dimensional parameter and quantum numbers n.

Abstract

The role of video as a medium of learning is believed to provide effects on students’ grammar mastery. However, since there are many kinds of video that can be used in different methods of learning, more studies are needed to provide evidence for determining the best methods of learning in the application of video. This research aims to investigate the effects of learning past and past continuous tense which use two different videos of learning - video tutoring and non-tutoring in two different English for Specific Purposes (ESP) classes. The research methodology utilized the t-test for independent samples. The results indicate that video tutoring had a great effect on the students’ grammar mastery. Lastly, practical and essential suggestions related to the result of the study, especially for language teachers and students, are discussed.

Abstract

Modified Poschl Teller potential is a potential model used to describe behavior of inter moleculer forces. The spectrum energy and wave function of the particle affection in modified Poschl Teller potential are obtained by solving the Schrodinger equation, using hypergeometric equation and supersymmetric method. The energy spectrum and wave function are obtained from hypergeometric equation, which is constructed from Schrodinger equation through variable substitution. The energy spectrum and wave function are obtained using raising and lowering supersymmetric operator and applying shape invariance property. The solution of those equation of the energy spectrum and wave function obtained using these two methods are exact solution. Further, the wave function and density probability are visualized using computer simulation.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of adding different amounts of protein hydrolyzate of yellow selar (Caranx leptolepis) to pempek and proximate chemical content and sensory quality of pempek with the addition of fish protein hydrolyzate of yellow selar (Caranx leptolepis). The research method used was an experimental method, namely processing pempek by adding different amounts of fish protein hydrolyzate. The research method used was an experimental method, namely processing pempek by adding different amounts of protein hydrolyzate of yellow selar fish. The design used was a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 levels of treatment, namely H0 (without the addition of fish protein hydrolyzate of yellow selar), H1 (addition of 5% yellow selar fish protein hydrolyzate), H2 (addition of 10% yellow selar fish protein hydrolyzate). ) and H3 (addition of 15% yellow selar fish protein hydrolyzate) from the amount of raw material (tapioca flour) each treatment was repeated 3 times, so that the number of experimental units in the study was 12 units. The parameters measured in this study were organoleptic tests (appearance, smell, texture, flavor) and proximate tests (moisture content, ash content, protein content, fat content). The results showed that the organoleptic value of the best treatment in the H3 treatment (addition of 75 mL yellow selar fish protein hydrolyzate) included appearance (slightly grayish color), smell (very fresh typical of yellow selar fish), flavor (slightly salty and typical of yellow selar fish). ), texture (chewy and elastic). Based on the best proximate value is pempek H3 (addition of 75 mL yellow selar fish protein hydrolyzate) including 50.98% water content, 1.29% ash content, 9.25% protein content and 3.02% fat content.Keywords: Fortification, Pempek, yellow selar, Protein Hydrolyzate

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Jawamateri membaca huruf jawasiswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match pada siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 2 Sukoharjo semester I tahun pelajaran 2016/ 2017. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan di kelas IX A SMP Negeri2 Sukoharjo semester I tahun pelajaran 2016/ 2017yang berjumah 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi.Tahap-tahap analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Indikator keberhasilan adalah nilai rata-rata tes siswa sekurang-kurangnya 80,0 dan banyak siswa dengan nilai di atas kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yaitu75,0 mencapai ≥ 85%.Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Jawa materi membaca huruf Jawa siswa kelas IX A SMP Negeri 2 Sukoharjo. Sebelum tindakan/prasiklus,hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai KKM 15 siswa atau 46,9%, pada siklus I, 23 siawa atau 71,9% dan pada siklus II, 30 siswa atau 93,75%. Nilai rata-rata kelas sebelum tindakan/prasiklus sebesar 69,03 setelah tindakan siklus I sebesar 78,22 dan setelah tindakan siklus II sebesar 82,53.
