Abstract

Purpose. This study discusses the Role of Trust in Mediating eWOM and Perceived Risk of Online Purchase Intention in Shopee. Design / methodology / approach. This study was conducted in Jakarta using 185 samples using SEM-PLS data analysis method. Findings. Trust is able to act as mediating between ewom and also perceived risk of online purchase intention in shopee. Practical implication. Shopee companies should be able to provide reliability in services and various features, and also increase security when consumers shop online at Shopee, because it can create an interest in buying online on an ongoing basisTheoretical implications. This research has limitations that can be used as advice or input for further research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multi-channel marketing and discount / saving value on purchasing decisions through clients' buying interest in advertising services provided by Medcom.id. The numbers of respondents involved in this study were 85 respondents. All respondents are clients (agencies or companies) who have advertised on Medcom.id. The data in this study were analyzed quantitatively using the Partial Least Square technique with the help of the Smartpls program. The research results are: (1) Multi-channels marketing has a positive effect on the purchase interest of prospective clients, the better the multi-channel marketing conducted by Medcom.id, the higher the buying interest of prospective clients to advertise on Medcom.id; (2) Discount has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, the more attractive the discount Medcom.id offers, the higher the buying interest of potential clients to advertise on Medcom.id; (3) Multi-channels marketing has a positive effect on client purchasing decisions, the better the multi-channel marketing conducted by Medcom.id, the higher the purchasing decisions of prospective clients to advertise on Medcom.id; (4) Discount has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, the more attractive the discount offered by Medcom.id, the higher the purchasing decisions of prospective clients to advertise on Medcom.id; (5) Purchasing interest affects consumer purchasing decisions, prospective clients with high buying interest tend to have high purchasing decisions for advertising services offered by Medcom.id; (6) Purchasing interest can mediate the effect of multi-channels marketing on purchasing decisions, the better multi-channels marketing will increase client's buying interest which in turn will improve purchasing decisions; (7) Purchase interest can mediate the effect of discount on purchasing decisions, giving discounts that attract prospective clients will increase prospective clients' buying interest which in turn will increase client purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Product Quality and Price on Purchase Decisions and their impact on Repurchase on Samsung smartphone consumers in the city of Jakarta. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased and used Samsung smartphone products located in the city of Jakarta. The number of samples used is based on the number of indicators multiplied by 5 to obtain 180 respondents. The research data was obtained through a survey conducted using a questionnaire and data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results showed that product quality and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality had no effect on repurchases, prices had a positive and significant effect on repurchases, and purchase decisions were not able to mediate the relationship between product quality and repurchase, but were able to mediate relationship between Price and Repurchase.

Abstract

The purpose of writing Literature Review Papers is to determine the effect of service quality and brand image variables on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. With qualitative methods and Library Research. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results show that service quality affects purchasing decisions, service quality affects consumer satisfaction, brand image affects purchasing decisions, brand image affects consumer satisfaction and purchasing decisions affects consumer satisfaction.

This article reviews and seeks to confirm the factors that influence decision-making and career planning, including environment, experience, and skills. This article aims to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. Abstract

The Literature Review article on Environmentally Friendly Purchasing Behavior: Preferences, Attitudes and Social Values is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Preference has an effect on Environmentally Friendly Purchasing Behavior; 2) Attitudes influence Environmentally Friendly Purchasing Behavior; and 3) Social Values have an effect on Environmentally Friendly Purchasing Behavior. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable Environmentally Friendly Purchasing Behavior, there are still many other factors including Environmental Knowledge, Ecolabelling and Consumer Trust variables.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze compensation and motivation on the performance of Bukit Duabelas National Park employees with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The results showed that the description of compensation, motivation, organizational commitment and employee performance was running as it should. Compensation has no effect on organizational commitment and compensation has no effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, but motivation has no effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but organizational commitment is not proven to mediate compensation on performance employees with the nature of the competitive-mediating relationship and subsequently organizational commitment has been proven to mediate motivation on employee performance with the nature of the full-mediating relationship. The empirical findings above provide an illustration that the organizational commitment variable is able to mediate the motivational variable on employees performance, meaning that to improve the performance of the TNBD Hall employees, it is necessary to go through the organizational commitment variable.

Abstract

Research related to factors that influence information systems for competitive advantage: human resources, information technology and organizational support is a literature review research article. The purpose of writing this article is to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables, which is useful for further research within the scope of human resource management. This type of research is in the form of a literature review in the form of qualitative research which is sourced from previous research that has been published. Previous research sources such as Google Scholar, digital reference books, DOAJ and SINTA. The results of this literature review research are: 1) Human resources influence information systems for competitive advantage; 2) Information technology influences information systems for competitive advantage; and 3) Organizational support influences information systems for competitive advantage.

Abstract

In this research, the author will analyze how the work environment, leadership style and communication between employees can affect employee performance in one of the natural gas distribution service companies in Bekasi city. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, leadership style and communication between employees on employee performance. This study used quantitative methods. (Ali, 2013). The total population in this study was 107 people, with a sample of 100 people. Sampling in this study used purposed random sampling. Furthermore, the data used in this study is primary data, which is data obtained from questionnaires that have been given to employees in the company through google form. The results of this study are: 1) Information Technology affects Employee Performance; 2) The work environment affects Employee Performance; 3) Leadership style affects employee performance 4) Information Technology, Work Environment and Leadership Style together affect Employee Performance.
