Abstract

The purpose of this study to explain the negative effect of the application of the sterilization of character education in the family of the level of adjustment in school age children eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2012/2013.This research use descriptive correlational method. Data collection using questionaire techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using Chi Square formula. The result show, that there is a strong negative effect and a significant application of sterilization models of character education in the family of the level of adjustment in school age children eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2012/2013.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh negatif penerapan model sterilisasi pendidikan karakter dalam keluarga terhadap tingkat penyesuaian diri pada anak usia sekolah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012-2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. data dianalisis menggunakan rumus Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif yang erat dan signifikan penerapan model sterilisasi pendidikan karakter dalam keluarga terhadap tingkat penyesuaian diri pada anak usia sekolah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013.Kata kunci: model sterilisasi, pendidikan karakter, tingkat penyesuaian diri anak

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe perceptions of parents to the impact of using of gadgets in children basic education aged in bukit Kemiling, subdistricts Kemiling Bandar Lampung. this research was using quantitative descriptive method with research subjects were parents of children who use the gadget in Bukit Kemiling residents, in collecting this study was using the technique of questionnaires , observations and interviews With percentage agree of 50 % category, not agree category is 30,8 % and disagree category is 19,2 % . Based on the results of analysis show parents agree that the use of gadgets excessively has a negative impact for children.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan persepsi orangtua terhadap dampak penggunaan gadget pada anak usia pendidikan dasar di perumahan bukit kemiling permai kecamatan kemiling bandar lampung Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek. penelitian orang tua dari anak yang menggunakan gadget di perumahan bukit kemiling permai, Untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket, observasi dan wawancara. Dengan persentasi kategori setuju 50%, kategori kurang setuju 30,8% dan kategori tidak setuju 19,2%. Berdasarkan hasil analisi menunjukkan orang tua setuju penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan memiliki dampak negative bagi anak.Kata kunci : orangtua, gadget, anak usia pendidikan dasar

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of motivation on learning readiness class XI IPS in SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung school year 2012/2013 and the influence on student attitudes toward the subject Civics class XI student readiness IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung of the school year 2012/2013. This study uses descriptive correlational research subject is social studies class XI students totaling 115 students. Samples were taken for this study was 25% or 29 students. Data collection using questionnaire techniques, interview and observation. Data analysis using Chi square formula. The results 1. There is the influence of motivation toward learning readiness class XI IPS in Bandar Lampung SMA Negeri 1 and 2 2012/2013 school year. There is influence between attitudes of students in Civics subject to the readiness of IPS XI grade student at SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung 2012/2013 school year. Keywords: Motivation, Learning, Attitudes, Learning Readiness, Students.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and describe the existence of Javanese traditional marriage in Kalibalangan Village, Abung Selatan District, Lampung Utara Regency. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with the research subjects, namely traditional leaders, community leaders, youth leaders, families who are married, and married couples. The data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation, while the validity of the data used credibility and triangulation tests. Based on the results of the research, it shows that most people carry out traditional Javanese marriages with the motivation to preserve the existing culture, show their Javanese identity, to be respected, get support, show that they can carry out traditional Javanese marriages, get satisfaction. Then there are values contained in the five stages of the Javanese traditional marriage procession, these values are supported by human values such as cooperation, helping fellow communities, the value of unity among communities with harmonious relationships among people and solidarity among communities as part of citizens. the divine value that exists in the community by expecting the blessing of the event, the smooth running of the program from God Almighty. Meanwhile, the challenge to efforts to carry out marriage with Javanese customs in the present is to continue to carry out Javanese traditional marriages, and to simplify the process to save time in implementing these Javanese customs.Keywords: Existence of Traditional, Javanese Marriage, Lampung, Traditional
