Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, product knowledge and trust partially on the intention to use the sharia banking card, to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, product knowledge and trust simultaneously on the intention to use the sharia banking card and to find out which variable most influences interest in using a sharia banking card. The scope of this research is the people of DKI Jakarta who are interested in using sharia credit cards. The variables used in this study are perceived usefulness (X1), perceived ease of use (X2), product knowledge (X3) and trust (X4) as independent variables, and interest in using (Y) as the dependent variable. This research was conducted on residents of DKI Jakarta who are interested in using Islamic credit cards. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. influence of each independent variable Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Convenience, Product Knowledge and Trust on interest in using the sharia banking card is the variable Perceived Usefulness does not affect interest in using the sharia card. Perceived ease of variable influences interest in using the sharia card. The Product Knowledge Variable influences the interest in using the sharia card.

Abstract

The growth of banking is currently accelerating significantly. The rapid expansion and development of technology, information, machinery, and heavy equipment, particularly communication technology, is to blame for this transition. This study aims to examine how customer loyalty in Islamic banks is impacted by marketing mix, brand image, and service quality. This study uses quantitative methods. The research was carried out between June and August of 2022. Active users of Islamic banks make up the research sample. Primary data were used in this investigation, and they were obtained by employing a questionnaire and a random sample technique. The consumers of Islamic banks are the subject of this study. The findings of this study suggest that customer loyalty in Islamic banks is positively and significantly influenced by the marketing mix, brand image, and service quality, partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Every business or organization needs human resources (HR) to function effectively. Companies must be able to maximize both their use of and management of their human resources. Employee performance expectations, which must be met in order for the organization to succeed, are inextricably linked to human resource management. Employees are a company's most valuable asset and play an important part in it as thinkers, planners, and controllers of business operations, thus it is important to take care of them. Employees with a high level of discipline are good employees. This study attempts to ascertain the simultaneous or partial effects of pay and loyalty on the work discipline of one of commercial banks in Indonesia. All employees served as the sample in this study, which used a purposive sampling technique. This study's technique of analysis involves multiple linear regression. The findings of the F test indicate that the pay and loyalty variables concurrently have a positive and substantial impact on employee work discipline, as indicated by the F value of 0.000 < 0.05. The pay and loyalty variables both have a positive and substantial impact, as shown by the t test. R Square corrected to 0.559.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine how employee performance in one of Ministry in Indonesia is impacted by the physical work environment, workload, and productivity. 100 respondents were included in the saturation sampling approach used to select the research sample. With the use of SPSS software version 26, multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data for this investigation. The findings demonstrated that employee performance was impacted by the physical work environment, workload, and productivity all at the same time. With a significance value of 0.000, the physical work environment has a considerable impact on employee performance to some extent. Employee performance is also significantly impacted by workload, and employee performance is significantly impacted by work productivity. In the coefficient of determination (R2), the corrected R Square value shows that all independent variables simultaneously has positive and significant effect on performance of employees in ministry office.
