Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the improve of students learning achievement by using Genius Learning strategy on the topic of the Structure of Atoms and the Periodic Systems of Elements in class X senior high school (SMAN) 14 Pekanbaru. This research was experimental research with pretest-postest design. The sample of this research were students of class X4 as the experimental research and students of class X3 as a control class that has been randomly selected after a test of normally and homogenity test. Experiment class is a class that is applied Genius Learning strategy while the control class was not. Data analysis technique used is t-test. Based on analysis of the data obtained tcount> ttable is 2,15>1,67, it is mean that the apllication of Genius Learning strategy can improved students learning achievement on the topic of the Structure of Atoms and the Periodic Systems of Elements in class X senior high school (SMAN) 14 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,72. Meanwhile, the category improvement of student achievement in control class was medium category with N-gain normalized is 0,54. Genius Learning strategy can activate the students in learning process to improve the students achievement in learning.Keywords : Learning Achievement, Genius learning, Structure of Atoms and Periodic Systems

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of student learning result by implementing IKRAR learning model (Initiation, Construction-Reconstruction, Aplication, Reflection) on the chemical equilibrium subject in the class XI MIA SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. This research is experimental research using Design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The research sample consisted of two classes, class XI MIA 1 as experiment class and class XI MIA 3 as control class that has tested by normality test using Liliefors test and homogeneity test using equality of two average test. Hypothesis was done by using right side t-test. Research result shown that the implementation of IKRAR learning model can improve student learning result on the chemical equilibrium subject where tarithmetic = 2,25 > ttable = 1,67.Key Words: IKRAR learning model (Initiation, Construction-Reconstruction, Aplication, Reflection), Learning Result, Chemical Equilibrium

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research to improve student achievement on the subject of colloid in class XI SMAN 1 Kampar Timur. Form of research is experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of two classes. Experiment class was given implementing learning strategies Active Knowledge Sharing, while the control class wasnot given implementing active learning strategies Active Knowledge Sharing. The t-test is used for data analysis technique. Based on the final results of data processing using t-test formula with dk=61 and ɑ=0,05 obtained Tarithmetic>Ttable (2.48>1.67) means that the application of learning strategies Active Knowledge Sharing can improve student achievement on the subject of colloid in class XI SMAN 1 Kampar Timur. Imporoved learning achievement because application of learning strategies active knowledge sharing thre student sued plays an active role in the learning process. Student can be seen from the liveliness of the willingness and aenthusiasm of the student in doing is student worksheet,discussion and knowledge sharing in problem solving with a group of friends or ather groups. Category Increased student achievement on experiment class including moderate with the normalized gain scores (N-gain) about 0,69.Keywords: Active Knowledge Sharing, Learning Achievement, Colloid

Abstract

Abstract : This is a classroom action research. This research is an attempt to improve student learning activities in chemistry on class XI MIA 2 SMA Islam As-Shofa Pekanbaru by using learning method plane problem. Student learning activity which is repaired the activity of making questions, working on plane problem, group discussion, submit answers or opinions, and enthusiastic about the game of plane problem. This research consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings that went through four stages of implementation: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The collecting data used observation and test. The analysis data was describ with descriptively by using percentage technique. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded the using of learning method plane problem can improve the activity and student learning outcomes. It can be seen by the improvement of student’s learning activity from 62,41% at the first cycle to 76,38% at the second cycle, and learning completeness from 68,96% at the first cycle to 82,75% at the second cycle.Keyword: Learning method plane problem, activities, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The research about implementation of learning model Learning Cycle 7E has been done with purpose to improve students critical thinking skills on the subject equilibrium solubility at the class XI science SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. Learning model Learning Cycle 7E is cycle model that involve student actively through the 7 phase in learning process that is elicit, engage, explore, explain, elaborate, evaluate and extend. This research was experimental research with pretest-postest design. The sample of this research were students of class XI IPA 5 as the experimental research and students of class XI IPA 4 as a control class that has been randomly selected after a test of normally and homogenity test. The technic of data analyze used is t-test to prove the truth of the hypothesis and N-Gain for category determination. Tabulation of data result obtained arithmetic-t bigger than table-t that is 8,64 bigger than 1,67; it’s mean there is an increase student’s critical thinking skills with implementation of learning model Learning Cycle 7E on the subject equilibrium solubility at the class XI science SMAN 12 Pekanbaru.N-Gain improves students critical thinking skills on the subject equilibrium solubility at the class XI science SMAN 12 Pekanbaru is 0,60 with medium category.Key Words: Learning Model Learning Cycle 7E, Critical Thinking Skills, Equilibrium Solubility

Abstract: The purpose of this research to increase student’s active achievement on the subject of hydrocarbon in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur through the implementation of the active learning strategy Question Student Have. Form of the research is experiment research with pretest- posttest design. The sample consisted of to classes, X.8 class as experiment class and X.7 class as control class that randomly selected after testing normaly and homogenity. Experiment class was given by implementing active learning strategy Question Student Have and the control class was given by conventionl method. Analysis of data used t-test. Data of research obtined tcount> ttable (2,75> 1,66). It means that using active learning strategy Question Student Have can improve achievement on the subject of hydrocarbon in class X of SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur. Abstract

Abstract: The research aimed to develop the student’s sheet activity on colloids subject using poetry and writing of arabic malay of valid based on the feasibility aspect of content, language, serve and graphic.. The type of this research was reserach and development (R & D) with the 4-D development model which include Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research was to develop phase. This research was conducted in FKIP Riau University. The object of this research was the student’s activity sheet using poetry and writing of arabic malay. The data analysis technique used for this research was descriptive statistic descriptive. The descriptive analysis done by calculated the percentage of validation value. The average score of valuation to four expediency aspect of student’s activity sheet by validator’s team, such as the content properness, the language properness, course and the graphical has expediency value continued is 89,81%, 90,28%, 97,92%, and 95,83%. Thus, the average score totality of student’s sheet activity based on colloids subject using poetry and writing of arabic malay is 93,46% which is in valid criteria, means that the LKPD Developed is proper to be use.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve student’s achievement on reduction oxidation reactions subject through an application of question card media in class X SMAN 10 Pekanbaru. The conducted research type is quasi experimental study using Design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. Sample of the research consisted of two classes, a class X1 as an experimental class (implemented question card media) and class X2 as the control class (without question card media). T-test was used as analysis technique. Based on the data analysis obtained t>ttable ie 2.21>1.66,meaning that the application of question card media can improve the student achievement on the subject reduction oxidation reaction in class X SMAN 10 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student achievement in experiment class was medium category with a score gain normalized is 0,50.KeyWords: Question Card Media, learning Achievement, Reduction Oxidation Reaction

Abstract: This study aims to determine the improvement of student achievement by applying predict discuss explain observe discuss explain (PDEODE) learning strategy to improve student’s of colloid in class XI MIA MA Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The study was an experiment with randomized control group pretest-posttest. The sample in this research is class XI MIA 2 as experiment class which is determined randomly after normality test and homogeneity test. The experimental class is treated with the implementation of predict discuss explain observe discuss explain (PDEODE) learning strategy. Data analysis for hypothesis testing is done using right-t test. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop of based Lectora Inspire learning media on atomic structure and periodic system of the element for ten class of senior high school / islamic senior high school. The objects of this research is Lectora Inspire learning media designed in accordance with the KTSP curriculum competences. Lectora Inspire learning media consist of teaching materials and test materials in the form of sample questions and exercises which are equipped with feedback and evaluation with scoring Method of this research which is used by the researcher is Research and Development (RnD) with its development process using a model of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation). ADDIE model development research is conducted only up to the development phase, for the purpose of this research was limited to develop and produce a valid learning media to be implemented based on an assessment of validator. The research has been conducted for 5 months including lesson and learning media analysis phase, the design phase, the development phase which consists of product development and product validation. The instruments of this research are validity questioners for lesson and media expert which includes the designing aspect, pedagogical aspects, aspects of content and aspects of the ease of use that was given to 10 validators that is 3 lesson expert and 7 media expert matter experts. At the development phase is condusted 2 times validity phase. The result of this research shows that validity obtained percentage scoring average of 87.20% with a valid category. Based on the result and discussion can be concluded that Lectora Inspire learning media which are developed on atomic structure and periodic system are valid for use in chemistry learning for ten class of senior high school / islamic senior high school.Keywords : Computer Based Learning, Lectora Inspire, Atomic Structure and Periodic System of The Element
