Abstract

Abstract : Active learning strategy of arisan card to improve student learning achievement in class XI IPA SMAN 9 Pekanbaru has done. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The samples of this research were the students of group XI IPA3 as the experimental group and students of group XI IPA1 as the control group. Experimental group is a group that is applied to active learning strategy of arisan card while the control group was not. Strategy of arisan card is a strategy that uses the principles of arisan, where there is a question card and an answer card . Cards are in the matter of the roll to be drawn and the card answers have been given to students in groups randomly. Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 3,22>1.67, means that the application of active learning strategy of arisan card can improve student learning achievement on the topic of colloid in class XI IPA SMAN 9 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment group was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,80.Keywords: arisan card, Active Learning, Learning achievement, Colloid

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research has been to produce LKPD based on construktivisme on the subject of acid-base solution valid based on feasibility of content, language, presentation and graphic. The research was conducted in the Faculty of Education and Teachers Training University of Riau on March-June, 2019. The type of this research was Research and Development (R&D) with the 4-D development model which covers Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Because time and cost limitation, this research was only done until the development step and was followed by the limited trial. The object of this research was constructivism-based student activity sheet. The data analysis technique was descriptive statistical analysis by calculating the percentage of validation’s score. The student’s activity sheet validation of eligibility result by 3 lecturers as the experts was 94.65% which categorize as valid and has already fulfilled the eligibility of contents, language, presentation, and the graphic. The student’s activity sheet validation of eligibility result by teachers as the users was 85,71% with valid categorize, It can be concluded that the student’s activity sheet that already developed can be used in the teaching and learning process. Based on the limited trial that already done to 12 students, the respond showed 94,45% which in the positive criterion.Key Words: Development, LKPD, Constructivism, Acid-Base Solution

Abstract

Abstract: Research on the use of rotary wheel media has been done with the aim to know to improve learner’s learning outcomes on the subject of hydrocarbons in class XI MAN 2 Indragiri Hilir. Form of the research was experimental research using Pretest-posttest Randomized Control Group Design. The sample consisted of two homogeneous classes, namely class XI IPA 1 as the experimental class and XI IPA 3 as the control class. The experimental class is a class that is applied to the use of the wheel while the control class is not use the wheel media. The data analysis technique used is t-test. The results of data processing obtained tcount > ttable that is 2,70 > 1,68, means that the use of rotary wheel media can improve learning results of learners on the subject of hydrocarbons class XI MAN 2 Indragiri Hilir with the category of increase in learning outcomes is a high category with a normalized gain (N-gain) of 0,82. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research has been to produce LKPD based on Construktivisme on the subject of chemical bonds valid based on feasibility of content, language, presentation and grapic. The research was conducted in Chemistry Education Department of PMIPA FKIP University of Riau on August-december, 2018. Research is done by research and development research and development (R & D) with 4-D model, because time and cost limitation is only done until development stage. Instrument of data collecting in this research is validation sheet and teacher response questionnaire as well as questionnaire response of learners. LKPD that has been developed validated by 3 validators it’s 2 namely lecturer of Chemistry Education FKIP UR and 1 namely lecturer of Chemistry Education FKIP UIN Suska Riau , then tested to 15 students in SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru and 15 students in SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The average scores of validation of feasibility aspects of content, language, presentation and kegrafisan of LKPD developed respectively were 98,86%, 91,67%, 95,83%, and 90,63% with an overall average of 94,52% (valid). The mean outcome of the teacher's response questionnaire to LKPD was 90,62(good), the average score of the limited trials conducted in 2 schools were 90,26 %(good) and 93,33%(good) respectively.Key Words: Development, LKPD, construktivisme, chemical bonds
