Abstract

Because a country lacks the resources necessary to meet its own demands due to a lack of resources, international trade is today essential to a country's development. This fact cannot be disputed. To gain what is required to quicken the country's development operations, support or cooperation with other nations that have benefits or superior resources is therefore required. This study examines how foreign debt, imports, exports, and foreign direct investment (FDI) affect foreign exchange reserves. The Random Effect Model (REM) was used in this study's panel data analysis with research samples from ASEAN's emerging nations, including the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam, from 2017 to 2022. The study's findings indicate that while imports have a negative and major impact on the economy, exports and foreign debt have a partially positive and large impact. FDI, nevertheless, has a negligible and unimportant impact. Foreign debt, FDI, imports, and exports all have an impact on foreign exchange reserves simultaneously.

Abstract

Human resources and personnel management are crucial for businesses in managing, coordinating, and employing staff so that they can work efficiently to meet organizational goals. A company's human resources must be competently managed to strike a balance between employee needs and the requirements and capabilities of the organization. The key to the business's productive and equitable growth is this equilibrium. The productivity of a company's personnel has a significant impact on the growth of its operations and organizational structure. In this study, the impact of direct cash pays and the use of workplace rules on employee performance is examined. 100 individuals from each employee division's population made up the sample. The impact of direct financial support and the imposition of work discipline on employee performance levels is examined using the multiple regression method. The study's findings demonstrate that among the four independent variables salary, wages, incentives, and work discipline only incentive, with a t-value less than the t-table, has no bearing on the independent variable performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether psychological capital and work engagement have a substantial impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Employees from the marketing, human resources, and claims divisions made up the population in this study. 300 employees were employed as respondents for this study. In this investigation, sampling was done using accidental and non-probability approaches. The researcher performed confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to evaluate the measuring device's construct validity. Multiple regression analysis methods were employed in this study. The automated SPSS program was utilized to compute regression in this investigation. According to the findings of the study, psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience) and work engagement (vigor, devotion, and absorption) have a considerable impact on employees' organizational citizenship behavior. Five independent variables were shown to have a substantial impact on organizational citizenship behavior according to the findings of the minor hypothesis test, which examined the regression coefficient of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Self-efficacy, optimism, resilience, vigor, and absorption are the five independent variables. Hope and dedication are two more independent variables that do not significantly affect outcomes. All independent variables together have an overall influence of 45% on organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience, vigor, and absorption are the six independent factors that significantly influence the proportion of variation to organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The dependent variable in this study is purchase decisions (Y), while the independent factors are celebrity endorser (X1), store environment (X2), and pricing (X3). Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique utilized for analysis. The sample for this study consisted of 60 participants who were chosen at random among customers. According to the study's findings, pricing, shop ambiance, and celebrity endorsers all have an impact on consumers' purchase decisions at the same time. The study's findings also indicate that the influence of pricing, shop ambiance, and celebrity endorsers on purchase decisions is only marginally significant. According to the coefficient of determination, the independent variables (celebrity endorser, shop ambiance, and price) had a 36.6% effect on the dependent variable (buy decision). 63.4%, meanwhile, is affected by other factors and is left out of this regression study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of Fintech on the use of personal finance applications in the millennial generation. The research method used in this study is the survey method. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to millennial respondents who use personal finance applications. The data collected through the survey will be analysed quantitatively to identify usage trends, feature preferences, and the impact of personal finance apps on individual financial behaviour. The results show that millennials have a high adoption rate of personal finance apps. They tend to use these apps to track expenses, organise budgets, and conduct financial transactions. In-app personalisation features are highly valued by millennials, as it allows them to tailor the experience according to individual needs and preferences. However, data security and privacy remain key concerns in the use of personal finance apps. Personal finance apps have great potential in helping millennials manage their finances more effectively. However, serious attention should be paid to data security and user privacy. Therefore, it is recommended that personal finance app providers continue to improve their security systems and privacy practices. In addition, it is also necessary to educate users on the importance of protecting their personal information when using personal finance apps.
