Abstrack : The backgraund of the problem this research is the low of natural science learning results of students. Can be seen from 20 students only 8 students who achieve KKM (40%) and 12 students did not reach KKM (60%) with the average value of 65,75, classical completeness is said to be complete if reached 85%. For the result to learn science be increased, researchers chose to cooperative learning model Make A Match. Teacher activity on cycle 1 first meeting 62, 5% with both categories, while on the second meeting increased to 66,6% with both categories. Then on cycle of 2 first meeting 75,0% with both categories, while on the second meeting increased to 91,6% with very good category. While the activity of students on cycle 1 the first meeting 58,3% with enough category, while on the second meeting increased to 62,5% with both categories, Then on cycle of 2 first meeting 70,8% with both categories, while the second meeting increased to 87,5% with very good category. On the daily tests 1 showed an average increase of the basic score 65,75 into 68,75 with an increase of 4,56%, then on the daily test 2 average increased to 76,75 with an increase of 16,73%. So conclusion is the implementation of cooperative learning model Make A Match on natural science learning can improve student learning results of class III SD Negeri 49 Tameran Kabupaten Bengkalis.Keywork: Coperative Learning Model Make A Match, IPA Learning Result

The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the ability of early counting learning in the group B at TK Bhakti Pagerharjo Pati, and (2) To know whether the use of pocket sticks media can improve the l ability of early counting in group B at TK Bhakti Masyarakat Pagerharjo Wedarijaksa Pati. This type of research is Clasroom Action Reseach using two cycles in which each cycle includes four components, namely planning action, acting, observing, and reflecting. The conclusion of the study is the ability to learn early counting in the group B at TK Bhakti Masyarakat Pagerharjo Wedarijaksa Pati before the research is still low. This is showed by the ability of the early counting that belongs to the category of Very Good Developing (BSB) and teh category of Developing As Expected (BSH) is only 35% and after he action with the pocket media, early counting ability increase to 95%.

This research purposes to identify the level of relationship between studentsâ€™ motivation in learning Sciences through extracurricular activity and their participation in classroom on the subject of Sciences. The object of research is an Islamic Integrated Primary School of Raudlatul Jannah Bogor District in Academic Year of 2014-2015. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with the sample is all population of students, which takes in 39 students who are participating the extracurricular of Sciences. Furthermore, the technique of data collections is a questionnaire and observation. Additionally, the technique of analysis is Correlation Product Momentâ€™s Pearson. In conclusion, it found that the result of research is shown there is a strong positive relationship between studentsâ€™ motivation in learning Sciences through extracurricular activity and their participation in classroom on the subject of Sciences by the correlating index of 0,89 which means the relationship between motivation and participation is significant. Thereafter, the result of hypothesis test obtained ttest 11,77 and ttable 2,201 with the standard of significance Î±=0,05 Besides, the result of determination coefficient test on X variable namely studentsâ€™ motivation in learning Sciences through extracurricular activity and Y variable namely the participation in classroom on the subject of Sciences obtained 79,21%, which means the motivation on extracurricular activity is contributing the participation on learning Science roughly 79,21% and the rest equally 20,79% is other factors which is contributing regarding studentsâ€™ participation on learning Sciences in classroom.

Strategi komunikasi pemasaran merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi jumlah pengunjung di suatu obyek wisata karena merupakan suatu rancangan bagaimana mempengaruhi masyarakat dengan berbagai cara sehingga masyarakat mengetahui, kemudian tertarik hingga berkunjung dan bahkan berkunjung kembali bagi wisatawan yang sudah pernah berkunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menemukan rumusan strategi pemasaran pariwisata di Pantai Suwuk Kabupaten Kebumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olah Raga dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Kebumen dalam melakukan pemasaran pariwisata Pantai Suwuk telah menggunakan komunikasi pemasaran pariwisata terpadu (marketing communication mix), namun beberapa aspek seperti promosi, SDM, pembinaan pokdarwis, dan relasi media masih lemah, sehingga perlu penguatan dan pembinaan lebih lanjut disertai evaluasi dan monitoring mengenai aspek-aspek tersebut. Satu hal yang perlu dibangun dalam jangka panjang adalah berupaya membentuk branding daerah tujuan wisata untuk lebih meningkatkan daya tarik kunjungan wisatawan.

Seasoned Equity Offering is a public stock offering after the Initial Public Offering. This study aims to determine the effect of accrual quality and management of real activity toward market reaction and performance of companies employed Seasoned Equity Offering (SEO) in high-technology companies in Asia Pacific.  Sample of this research is employed by using purposive sampling with this following criteria; high technology companies in Asia Pacific that offering SEO in 2001-2015 and sample data of company should be available on OSIRIS database. In ultimate, the total final sample is  obtained from 40 companies spread in Australia, China, Indonesia, India, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and Taiwan. This research is a study of events (event study) using 5-year-window that is two years before SEO, current year of SEO  and two years after SEO. The hypothesis is analyzed using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) for each events t-2, t-1, t0, t+1 dan t+2. The test results showed evidence that accrual quality had positive effects on performance of companies employed SEO. Yet, the results of second hypothesis testing, accrual quality measured by deviation standard,  do not influence market reaction. This study can also prove management of real activity measured by abnormal cash flow. Abnormal can degrade the performance of SEO companies after the event, while the abnormal of cost discretioner does not influence performance. The fourth hypothesis testing results showed evidence that negative effect of SEO market reaction is definitely caused by pessimistic reaction of investor toward the performance of company employed SEO.

ABSTRACTFood Intake is The Most Dominant Factors Influencing Toward Opportunistic Infections On People With HIV/AIDS At Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang; The infection disease of HIV and AIDS is the main cause of death around the world today. One of the causes of high mortality and disability is opportunistic infection. The number of deaths recorded as many as 68 (73.9%) caused by opportunistic infections at Dr. Kariadi Hospital in 2014. The objective of this study is to analyze the factors influencing for the incidence of opportunistic infections on people with HIV/AIDS at Dr Kariad Hospital Semarangi. This study is quantitative research with cross sectional design. Sample is HIV / AIDS patients who visited at Dr KariadiHospital Semarang. The systematic random sampling technique is used in this study. The amount of sample is 82 people from 523of popolations. Data has collected by interview and observation. The results of univariate analysis illustrates that respondents with HIV / AIDS who have 53.7% Opportunistic Infections are most opportunistic infections are tuberculosis amounted to 31.82%. Results of bivariate analysis using statistical test Chi-Square shows there are nine variables significantly associated, namely the control examination, ARV adherence, food intake, food safety, personal hygiene, activity patterns, family support, peer support, and the support of a case manager. The most dominant variable is the effect of nutrient intake (OR = 7.477).Keywords: HIV / AIDS, Opportunistic Infections, Behavior

PERILAKU BIDAN DALAM PELAKSANAAN INISIASI MENYUSU DINI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS II TAMBAK, PUSKESMAS BANYUMAS DAN PUSKESMAS I KEMRANJENÂ Sumiyati1, Ova Emilia2, Djaswadi Dasuki3Â ABSTRACTÂ Background: Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (EIB) is important because it can increase the success of exclusive breastfeeding and infant survival. However, the implementation of the EIB is still not optimal in Banyumas. One of the factors that support the success of EIB is the support of health workers, especially midwives. Central Bureau of Statistics of Banyumas regency in 2012 said that most of deliveries in Banyumas 78.52% in 2011 attended by midwives.Objective: To determine the behavior of midwives in the implementation of Early Initiation of Breastfeeding at Work Area of Tambak Public Health Center Banyumas. Public Health Center and Kemranjen Public Center.Methods: The study was cross sectional complemented with qualitative data. The experiment was conducted at the Working Area of Tambak II, Banyumas and Kemranjen I public healh centers with 38 midwives as subjects. In-depth interviews conducted to 6 midwives and 4 postpartum mothers.Results and Discussion: There were a significant association between knowledge and attitudes of midwives to practice implementation of EIB, knowledgeable midwife tent to practice E.I.B 1.79 times higher than less knowledgeable midwife. Good attitude midwives 1.62 times more likely to support EIB practice.Conclusion: The behavior of midwife in the implementation of the EIB practices is influenced by a good knowledge and attitudes that support the EIB. Factors that inhibit the EIB, included flat nipples exhaustment of postpartum mothers and lack of rest among health professionals when encountered prolong labor.Â Keywords: knowledge, attitude, practice, midwife, early initiation of breastfeedingÂ Â ABSTRAKÂ Latar Belakang: Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) penting karena dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan ASI eksklusif dan kelangsungan hidup bayi. Namun pelaksanaan IMD masih belum optimal di Kabupaten Banyumas. Salah satu faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan IMD adalah dukungan tenaga kesehatan terutama bidan. Badan Pusat Statistik Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas tahun 2012 menyatakan sebagian besar penduduk Kabupaten Banyumas sekitar 78,52% pada tahun 2011 menggunakan tenaga kesehatan bidan untuk menolong persalinan.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui perilaku bidan dalam pelaksanaan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas II Tambak, Puskesmas Banyumas dan Puskesmas I Kemranjen.Metode: Penelitian observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Penelitian ini secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas II Tambak, Puskesmas Banyumas dan Puskesmas I Kemranjen dengan subjek penelitian 38 bidan dan wawancara mendalam dengan 6 bidan serta 4 ibu postpartum.Hasil dan Pembahasan: Hasil analisis bivariabel terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dan sikap bidan dengan pelaksanaan praktik IMD, bidan yang berpengetahuan baik 1,79 kali lebih besar untuk melakukan praktik IMD dengan baik dibandingkan dengan bidan yang berpengetahuan kurang. Sikap bidan yang mendukung IMD 1,62 kali lebih besar untuk melakukan praktik IMD dengan baik dibandingkan dengan sikap bidan yang tidak mendukung IMD.Kesimpulan: Perilaku bidan dalam pelaksanaan praktik IMD dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan yang baik dan sikap yang mendukung terhadap IMD. Faktor yang menghambat IMD antara lain bentuk puting yang mendatar sehingga bayi kesulitan untuk menghisap, ibu postpartum merasa capai dan lelah karena kurang istirahat serta faktor tenaga kesehatan, apabila menolong persalinan dengan kala II lama sehingga pelaksanaan IMD kurang dari satu jam.Â Kata kunci: pengetahuan, sikap, praktik, bidan, inisiasi menyusu dini1Â Â Â Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang2,3 Bagian Obstetri dan Ginekologi, Fakultas Kedokteran UGM

Tujuan - Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Desain/metodologi/pendekatan- Penelitian ini dilakukan pada jangka waktu kurang dari 1 tahun, maka desain penelitian adalah desain cross-sectional. Dan metode yang digunakan adalah survei explanatory, dan populasi 109 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah alat analisis jalur di olah menggunakan SPSS 16.0. kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden.Temuan - kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara signifikan dan positif.Orisinalitas/nilai - Motivasi dan komitmen organisasi digunakan sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. motivasi pengaruh dan komitmen organisasi kepada karyawan lembaga transportasi kinerja di Jawa Barat. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari departemen transportasi dari Jawa Barat. Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of work environment, work communication and moraleDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The nurses analysis unit is 107 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that work environment in the conducive category, wprk communication in the good category, and morale in the high category. Originality/value -Â The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study.
