Abstract

This research is aimed to describe and to know: (1) The process of applying PKn learning by applying role playing model, (2) Increasing student learning motivation by role playing model, (3) Pkns learning completeness students. The research method used was classroom action research. The data collecting technique used were obsevation, interview, documentation and test result. The data jained, then was analyzed by using descriptive technique to know the effectiveness of role playing model as a mean to increase students learning motivation. The result of the text showd: (1) need the role playing model (2) role playing model can increase students motivation and students score.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan dan mengetahui: (1) Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran PKn dengan menerapkan model role playing, (2) Peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran role playing, dan (3) Ketuntasan hasil belajar mata pelajaran PKn siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan tes hasil belajar. Adapun data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif untuk mengetahui efektifitas pembelajaran model role playing sebagai upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) membutuhkan model pembelajaran role playing. (2) pembelajaran role playing dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, motivasi, role playing

Abstract

The goal of this research is to know using learning with Critical Literacy Perspective model that can form students’ character and can revitalize Pancasila value. This was a classroom action research, that was a study toward classroom learning action which was being upgraded continuously to reach the goal, by using Kemmis and Taggard cycles that contained the plan of observation and  reflection action. The instrument of data collecting used observation toward learning process. The result form of character in Cycle I with score 70, 714, second Cycle reach ed an increase 85,476 and increased became with score 90, 475 in Cycle III; and the revitalization of Pancasila value in cycle I with score 72, 143, in second cycle increased to be 85,714 and in Cycle III increased with score 91,190.Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning model which has critical literacy perspective can form students’ character and can  revitalize Pancasila value.Keywords: PTK,  critical literacy, character, revitalization of pancasila value.

Abstract

This study aims to find out :  (1) planning learning to use the system in the formation of character among the learning citizenship education in SMA N I Way Tuba Way Kanan. (2)  Implementation of the system among the establishment of good behaviour on Lesson PKn in SMA N I Way Tuba Way Kanan.  (3)   Evaluating students’ attitudes toward learning among systems in the formation of character on learning the citizenship education  tauhgt in SMA N I Way Tuba Way Kanan.The method used was Classroom Action Research Methods.  From the results of the actions that :  In the first cycle of activity obtained amounting 60% the category is quite, then at the second cycle amounting 75% good category and the third cycle amounting 88% the category of very good.  Based on the above results, it can be seen that the abilitiy of teachers to use the method in improving system among character on learning Civics have achieved satisfactory results,with the number of changes in behavior and character of students.Keywords :  Method of Citizenship Education learning among systems can from a good character on the system.

Abstract

Classroom action research aims to determine the planning and implementation of civic education using portofolio learning model and observation of students' critical thinking. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, field notes, test sheets, and camera. Processing techniques and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of cycle I using newspaper media showed activities of teachers and students' critical thinking in the unfavorable category. Cycle II using newspaper media, and Internet also shows yet reached the expected indicators on students' critical thinking. Cycle III there is increase on students' critical thinking using newspaper media, internet and related officials in using portofolio learning model. Students are able to analyze, correlate and evaluate all problem aspects, perform centering on issues, gather and organize information, verify information, determine the reason of answer, remembering and connecting with the previous study, draw conclusions, analyze and reflect on it naturally.Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan menggunakan model pembelajaran portofolio serta pengamatan berpikir kritis siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi, catatan lapangan, lembar tes, dan kamera. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menggunakan media surat kabar menunjukkan kegiatan guru dan berpikir kritis siswa dalam kategori kurang baik. Siklus II menggunakan media surat kabar, dan internet juga menunjukkan belum mencapai indikator yang diharapkan pada berpikir kritis siswa. Siklus III terjadi peningkatan berpikir kritis siswa menggunakan media surat kabar, internet dan pejabat terkait dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran portofolio. Siswa sudah dapat menganalisis, menghubungkan dan mengevaluasi semua aspek permasalahan, melakukan pemusatan pada bagian permasalahan, mengumpulkan dan mengatur informasi, memeriksa kebenaran informasi,menentukan alasan dari jawaban,  mengingat dan menghubungkan dengan pembelajaran yang terdahulu, menarik kesimpulan, serta menganalisis dan merefleksinya secara alami.Kata kunci: berpikir kritis, model pembelajaran portofolio, pkn

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and explain The attitude of society towards the customary of Tunggu Tubang in Pulau Panggung village sub district of Semende Darat Laut and Regency of Muara Enim. Method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method and having a sample of 48 head families. Basic techniques of data collection using the now and to analyze data that has been collected is used the formula percentages. Based on the results of data analysis it was known that the attitude of society towards the customary of Tunggu Tubang can be neutral categorized. For the attitude of society towards liability of Tunggu Tubang has supportive category, for the attitude of society towards Function/basics of Tunggu Tubang has supportive category, and for the attitude of society towards prohibitions of Tunggu Tubang has neutral category.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan sikap masyarakat terhadap adat Tunggu Tubang di Desa Pulau Panggung Kecamatan Semende Darat Laut Kabupaten Muara Enim. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan sampel 48 kepala keluarga (KK). Teknik pokok pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan untuk menganalisis data yang telah terkumpul digunakan rumus persentase. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa sikap masyarakat terhadap adat Tunggu Tubang dapat dikategorikan netral. untuk sikap masyarakat terhadap kewajiban Tunggu Tubang memiliki kategori mendukung, untuk sikap masyarakat terhadap Fungsi/dasar Tunggu Tubang memiliki kategori mendukung, dan untuk sikap masyarakat terhadap larangan-laragan Tunggu Tubang memiliki kategori netral.Kata kunci: adat, masyarakat, sikap, tunggu tubang

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe teachers’ pedagogic competence. The research approach used is an evaluative study. The next data is analyzed by comparing teachers’s data and background of civic education and noncivic education. The results on 32 teacher on SMP Swasta Kecamatan Kedaton indicate that: (1)Planning of learning by teachers has been implemented in good category, including the clarity of the formulation of learning objectives, materials selection, organizing materials, selection of sources/media learning, scenario clarity, detail of the scenario, the suitability and completeness of the technique by learning and instrument learning. (2)Implementation of learning by teachers has been implemented in good category, which includes the use of method, media and means of learning. School teachers have done to start learning with the introduction, opening and cover the core activities. (3)Evalution of learning by teachers has been implemented in good category, which includes the program and implementation of remedial, carry out assessments and implement affective personality assessment of motoric skills.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Data selanjutnya di analisis dengan membandingkan data guru berlatar belakang pendidikan Pkn dan Pendidikan nonPKn. Hasil penelitian yang dilakuakan terhadap 32 guru SMP Swasta Kecamatan Kedaton menunjukan : (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran oleh guru masuk dalam kategori baik meliputi kejelasan perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, pemilihan bahan ajar, pengorganisasian bahan ajar, pemilihan sumber/media pembelajaran, kejelasan scenario, kerincian scenario, kesesuaian teknik dan kelengkapan instrument pembelajaran. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran oleh guru masuk dalam kategori baik, meliputi penggunaan metode, media dan sarana pembelajaran. Guru sudah melakukan memulai pembelajaran dengan pendahuluan, pembukaan, kegiatan inti dan penutup. (3)Evaluasi pembelajaran oleh guru masuk dalam kategori baik, mencakup program dan pelaksanaan remedial, melaksanakan penilaian afektif kepribadian dan melaksanakan penilaian kemampuan motorik.Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, latar belakang pendidikan, PKn

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyse and describe the implementation of Permendikbud number 20 year 2018 about strengthening character education of a Formal education unit SMAN 1 Tumijajar Tulang Bawang Barat academic year 2018/2019. At model Evaluation of Program with CIPP theory (Context, Input, Process and Product). The method used in this research was qualitative descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation while in analyzing data used credibility testing with extra time and triangulation. The results showed that the implementation process of character education strengthening program in Permendikbud number 20 year 2018 used the evaluation model of the program with CIPP theory. As seen from the context dimension the PPK programs was supported by the environment reviewed from the CCTV security, student attendance card and the comfort. As seen From the Input dimension there are several programs in order to fulfill the needs of PPK program supported by the availability of existing facilities and infrastructure in the school and human resources. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan Implementasi Permendikbud Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 tentang penguatan pendidikan karakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan perpanjangan waktu dan triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses implementasi program penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam Permendikbud Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 dilihat dengan menggunakan model evaluasi program dengan teori CIPP. Dari dimensi context program-program PPK disekolah didukung oleh lingkungan yang ditinjau dari keamanan CCTV, kartu kehadiran siswa dan kenyaman. Dari dimensi Input terdapat beberapa program dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan dalam program PPK yang didukung oleh ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang ada disekolah dan sumber daya manusia. Kata kunci: permendikbud, implementasi, pendidikan karakter

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of political transactional to election of regional leader. As for this research internal issue formula that is how the influence of political transactional to elector behavior in election of regional leader. The method of this research is descriptive survey with quantitative approach and analyzes correlation technique. Data collecting use question form, interview and observation. Data analyze use the simple regression. Population in this research counted 45279 DPT, so that sample taken away from by mean cluster is 99 respondents. Based on the result of research which has been done, it is found that there is significant influence between the influences of political transactional to elector behavior in election of regional leader.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh politik transaksional terhadap Perilaku Pemilih dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah. Adapun rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengaruh Politik transaksional terhadap perilaku pemilih dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dengan teknik analisis korelasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45279 DPT, sehingga sampel diambil dari rata-rata klaster sehingga menjadi 99 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara pengaruh politik transaksional terhadap perilaku pemilih dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah.Kata kunci: pemilihan kepala daerah, perilaku pemilih, politik transaksional

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the policy of sprituality construction by government of village in overcome adolescent mischief. As for the analysis is support component executing policy of spirituality construction is human resource, tool, fund, process and adolescent perception to policy of spirituality construction. The method of this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Type of this research is phenomologys research. Data collecting technique use interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique use analysis interactive model. Based on the result of this research which have been done, it can be seen that component in policy of spirituality construction like a human resource, tool, fund, process and adolescent perception to spirituality construction support executing policy of spirituality construction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kebijakan pembinaan kerohanian oleh pemerintah desa dalam menanggulangi kenakalan remaja. Adapun yang dianalisis adalah komponen pendukung terlaksananya kebijakan pembinaan kerohanian yaitu sumber daya manusia, sarana, dana, proses dan persepsi remaja terhadap kebijakan pembinaan kerohanian. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian fenomologis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analysis Interactive Model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa komponen dalam kebijakan pembinaan kerohanian seperti sumber daya manusia, sarana, dana, proses dan persepsi remaja terhadap pembinaan kerohanian mendukung terlaksananya kebijakan pembinaan kerohanian.Kata kunci: kebijakan publik, kenakalan remaja, pembinaan kerohanian, pemerintah desa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of learning of civic education on the application value of the character of students in SMAN 1 Terbanggi Beasar Lampung regency middle of the school year 2012/2013. The research method used in this research is correlational. The sample in this study amounted to 85 people. Data analysis using Chi Square. The results showed that there are significant civic education for students in the application of value character SMAN 1 Terbanggi Besar Central Lampung regency school year 2012/2013 in the medium category.Keywords: learning citizenship education, application value character, civic education
