Program Pemberdayaan Perempuan (Women Empowerment Program) in Panggak Darat Village is oneof the women empowerment program organized by the local government through Badan PemberdayaanPerempuan, Perlindungan Anak, dan Keluarga Berencana (BP3AKB) Lingga regency to empowerwomen to be more empowered, by providing direct grants to the village which wa s then submitted totraining group women empowerment. With this program are expected to be more independent women.The Program is training activities such as weaving and sewing. The problem raised are (1) HowWomen Empowerment in Panggak Darat Village of Lingga District, (2) What strategy is used in theempowerment of women, (3) What are the enabling and inhibiting factors in the empowerment ofwomen. This research aims to determine the strategy of empowerment of women in Panggak DaratVillage through weaving and sewing training, as well as to determine the significance of this training.This study used a qualitative research approach, the type of research is descriptive. Subjects were headof women empowerment, training members, and the community including the village chief andchairman of the Trustees of Family Welfare. The data collection used were observation, interviews, anddocumentation. The fact in the location that women empowerment focuses was the Resource-BasedView (RBV), which focuses on human resources and natural resources in a region. While the strategy ofusing cedar mezzo-based strategies, namely strategies undertaken over several groups, such as weavingand sewing training groups, each group consisting of two groups of training. In weaving training, aftersome of the group members follow the development of creativity training, members of the group formedtwo groups worked together to weave and between groups. As for sewing training, conducted bypresenting a coach to teach you about how to sew a good clothes. The benefits obtained after training isempowering members acquire knowledge and skills that can then be developed to open their ownbusiness and can fulfill necesstityt.

Arabic literature in Andalusia is a part of the enriching presence of Arab literature in Middle East. Geographically, Andalusia is located in Europe. Arabic literature comesinto Europe by Futuhat Islamiyah. Color and pattern in Arabic Andalusian literary,which became known as the Arab Maghreb Literature - opponent of Arabic literatureMasyriq - very different from the forms of Arabic literature in the Middle East. Kind of acomplex society and Andalusia are from different races and religions with beautifulnatural conditions and rich powerful influence for Arabic literature. So that the writerscreate works that are creative, beautiful, with high imagination and choice of words areeasy to understand. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dan kepercayaan diri dengan prestasi belajar pada remaja (siswa SMP) di rumah susun sederhana sewa (RUSUNAWA) Jatinegara Barat. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah dukungan sosial dan kepercayaan diri sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 40 remaja siswa SMP kelas 7 dan 8 yang tinggal di rusunawa Jatinegara Barat. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Likert untuk dukungan sosial dan kepercayaan diri serta nilai rapor untuk prestasi belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah bivariate correlation dan multivariate correlation menggunakan program SPSS for windows versi 22.00. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan ke arah positif antara dukungan sosial dan kepercayaan diri dengan prestasi belajar pada remaja (siswa SMP).

Abstract: Meaning of life is the value of life that is necessary to possess and fulfill by person in every part of his life. Meaning of life has three sources of value namely the value of Creative, Experential, and Attitudional which also influenced by the objective component of intersubjectivity of the culture. Osing as one of the cultures in Indonesia has an objective concept in the meaning of life of Osing society. The adoption of the meaning of life of Osing culture was done through content analysis on the interview result to the leader of Osing in Kemiren Village, Banyuwangi. The meaning of life Osing culture has twelve values compiled in accordance with the three sources of meaning of life value.Abstrak: Meaning of life merupakan nilai kehidupan yang perlu untuk dimiliki dan dipenuhi setiap individu dalam setiap bagian kehidupannya. Meaning of life memiliki tiga sumber nilai yakni nilai Creative, Experential, dan Attitudional yang turut dipengaruhi oleh komponen objektif dari intersubjektivitas budaya individu. Osing sebagai salah satu budaya di Indonesia memiliki konsep objektif dalam meaning of life masyarakat Osing. Pengkajian atas adopsi meaning of life budaya Osing dilakukan melalui analisis isi terhadap hasil wawancara kepada ketua Adat Osing di Desa Kemiren, Banyuwangi. Abstract: Fatwas of National Sharia Council on Aspects in Islamic Laws about Sharia Banking in Indonesia. The role of National Sharia Council (DSN) is to conduct Indonesia Ulama Board (MUI) duties in accelerating the economy of society (ummat). The council also has to explore, investigate and formulate values and principles of Islamic Laws (Sharia) that serve as guidance for Islamic finance transactions. Likewise, the council also holds the task to control the implementation. The guidance is framed in the form of fatwas. From law aspect, the fatwa binds all financial institutions that employ sharia principles as the basic and standard for their operational procedures. This study examines the fatwas of National Sharia Council about Sharia banking.Keywords: NSC fatwa, banking, sharia.Abstrak: Fatwa-Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Suatu Kajian atas Aspek Hukum Islam Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia. Fungsi Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) adalah melaksanakan tugas-tugas Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) dalam mendorong dan memajukan ekonomi umat. Di samping itu, lembaga ini juga bertugas antara lain, untuk menggali, mengkaji dan merumuskan nilai dan prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam (syariâah) untuk dijadikan pedoman dalam kegiatan transaksi di lembaga-lembaga keuangan syariah, serta mengawasi pelaksanaan dan implementasinya. Pedoman inilah yang kemudian dituangkan dalam bentuk fatwa. Dari segi kekuatan hukum, fatwa ini bersifat mengikat bagi seluruh lembaga keuangan yang menerapkan prinsip syariah sebagai landasan dan standar operasionalnya. There has been a concern over a high unemployment rate among graduates of Islamic higher education and a low proportion of entrepreneurs in Indonesia. In fact, a high proportion of entrepreneurs is one of indicators of a country’s welfare. This has generated a question: to what extent do Islamic values cultivate entrepreneurial culture among its adherents? How to cultivate entrepreneurial culture in Islamic higher education? This paper will investigate this matter using a case study of Faculty of Islamic Law and Economics at Banten State Institute for Islamic Studies.  The paper argues that the curriculum at the faculty of Islamic Law and Economics has not been oriented towards building entrepreneurial culture. The curriculum consists of subjects to enhance the students’ competence and skills to prepare them as bachelors of syari`ah economics for the professions such as manager, lecturer, researcher, syari`ah auditor, etc, instead of preparing them for entrepreneurs who are capable to build his or her own business from the scratch.    To propose Islamic entrepreneurship study program at the FSEI of IAIN SMHB, it is important to have a strong political will not only from the internal IAIN but also higher authoritative body such as the Ministry of Religious Affairs to facilitate this from not only the accreditation process but also financial support. A further feasibility study needs to be undertaken to build its infrastructure such as qualified lecturers, appropriate curriculum structure, and recruitment student system. Since this field has a strong link with a ‘real sector’, there has been an urgent need to build cooperations with business sector to enable the students to undertake their apprentice and build their networks to facilitate their ability to develop their own business.     Keywords: Islam, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial education.

Background : Treatment of hypertension in the long term can affect adherence and cause toxic effects, therefore it takes alternative treatment by utilizing nutrients in food, one of which is the antioxidant like as lycopene and flavonoid in tomato-lime juice. Objective : The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of tomato juicewith extra lime on blood pressure in women adults. Methods : This study was clinical nutrition research with True Experiment randomized repeated measure control group design. The subject were 39 women adult 40-60 years, 19 control groups and 20 in treatment. Intervention was performed for 21 days with the measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure every 1 week 1 time. The statistical analysis was done by Anova Repeated Measure test with 95% confidence degree. Results : Anova Repeated Measure show that tomato juice with extra limecan lowered systolic and diastolic blood pressure (α = 0.005, p = 0.002 and p = 0.038), while the level of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate, fiber, sodium, and potassium did not affect in systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Conclusion : tomato-lime juice effectively lowered systolic and diastolic blood pressure.

eng:Independence is one of the important modalities for survival as adults. Schools are expected to teach and train children's independence through activities that can foster children's self-reliance. One of them is through extracurricular scouts. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of activeness following extracurricular scout against the independence of students in grade V State Elementary School Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Year Teaching 2017/2018 as many as 19 students.This research is an ex post facto research and according to its method is kind of quantitative research. The population in this study were 19 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Instrument validity test using product moment correlation technique with SPSS version 16.00 and reliability test using alpha cronbach technique from SPSS program version 16.00. Data analysis techniques in this study using simple linear regression analysis techniques.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence on the activity of extracurricular scouts on the independence of students of grade V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman with a positive coefficient value of independence. This can be shown on the value of determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.409, tcount of 3.429 and significance value of 0.003. Because the significance value shows the number <0,05 then it can be concluded that the activity follows extracurricular scout have positive effect on independence.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ind:Kemandirian merupakan salah satu modal penting untuk bertahan hidup ketika dewasa. Sekolah diharapkan mampu mengajarkan dan melatih kemandirian anak melalui kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri anak. Salah satunya yaitu melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keaktifan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap kemandirian siswa kelas V SD Negeri Cibuk Lor Seyegan Sleman Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 19 siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dan menurut metodenya merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 19 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrument menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.00 dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan teknik alpha cronbach dari program SPSS versi 16.00. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana.

Access to a hospital and continuity of services are very important for the continuity of the hospital so that people who need health services are interested in visiting the hospital and utilizing the health services. The aims of the research are to find out the implementation of access to the hospital and continuity of service at X Hospital. The design of the research was descriptive qualitative research with observation and interview to collect the data. In observation, the subjects are 180 patients registered. In the interview, step is human resources who concerned on hospital access and continuity of service. Data analysis used interviews coding and calculated the observation result. Results and discussion are Observations on the implementation of a standard operating procedure for hospital access and continuity of services have been carried out in excess of 80%, but there are obstacles in the implementation, one of which is not all clinical staffs know the step in standard operational procedure. The conclusion is Clinical staff has implemented the standard operational procedure of Hospital access and service continuity exceeds 80%.
