Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan utama di bidang ekonomi pada sektor pertanian adalah rendahnya produksi dan produktivitas tanaman perkebunan. Dokumen Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yang ada telah mengakomodir arahan peruntukan kawasan perkebunan, namun belum menunjukkan distribusi lokasi dan jenis komoditas perkebunan yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan dan kesesuaian lahan dari kawasan perkebunan yang telah direncanakan, dan memberikan arahan komoditas yang sesuai berdasarkan kesesuaian lahannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis overlay antarapeta kemampuan lahan dan peta kesesuaian lahan, dengan peta pola ruang, serta metode matching untuk memberikan arahan jenis komoditas perkebunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 18,54% dari total luas wilayah dengan peruntukan kawasan perkebunan merupakan lahan yang cocok untuk pertanian (kelas I dan kelas II). Sebagian besar (79,75%) merupakan wilayah yang dapat dipertimbangkan untuk berbagai pemanfaatan lainnya. Kawasan yang merupakan lahan prioritas (35,78%) lebih sedikit jika dibandingkan dengan kawasan yang merupakan lahan potensial (44,25 %). Selebihnya merupakan lahan alternatif (19,67%). Jenis komoditas yang dapat dikembangkan di semua kecamatan adalah tembakau dan jambu mete, sedangkan komoditas perkebunan kakao hanya terbatas di satu kecamatan.Kata kunci: peruntukan ruang, kesesuaian dan kemampuan lahan, sistem lahanABSTRACTOne of the main economic problems in agricultural sector is low production and productivity of plantation crops. Spatial Planning document developed by Lombok Tengah District have accommodate plantation area allocation, but have not shown the suitability of location and plantation commodity. This research aimed to analysis land capability and suitability of the plantation area shown in Spatial Planning Map, as well as providing appropriate referrals commodities based on land suitability. This research used overlay and matching method. Parameters considered are land suitability, land capability and spatial pattern. Land suitability and capability information were derived from Land System Map. Land suitability and capability information were overlaid and matched with the spatial pattern to get plantation commodity allocation. The result show 18.54% of total area allocated for plantation area is suitable for agricultural area (class 1 and 2). Most of that (79.75%) is the area which considered for other uses. Priority land plantation is less (35.75%) compared with the plantation area as a potential land (44.25%). The rest is an alternative land (19.67%). Plantation commodities types that can be developed in all districts are tobacco and cashew nut. While the commodities limited for certain district is cocoa.Keywords: spatial allocation, land suitability and capability, land system

Abstract

The study aimed at improving students’ algebraic thinking ability in the eighth-grade junior high school student through multiple representation strategies using realistic approach. The multiple representation strategies consist of orientation, exploration, internalization, and evaluation. This is a quasi-experimental study with nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design. The population of this study was the student the eighth grade in Kudus city. Two classes were selected and classified as a class experiment that subject are given multiple representation strategies using realistic approach, and one other class as a control class that subjects are given scientific approach. Data obtained was analyzed by the independent t-test and proportions test. The result showed that there was an interaction between the multiple representation strategies using the realistic approach on the ability of algebraic thinking. The students with multiple representation strategies had better algebraic thinking ability than those with current scientific learning. In addition, more than seventy-five percent of the students with multiple representation strategies using realistic approach fulfill the learning completeness.

Abstract

The present study aims at examining the use of open-ended approach in cultivating senior high school students' mathematical creative thinking ability (MCTA) and self-esteem (SE) in mathematics viewed from school category. The subjects of this research were the students grade XI at three schools; high, middle and low category in Kota Serang, Banten Province. In every school category, two classes were chosen; one class was the experimental group which was taught by open-ended approach, while another class was a control group which was taught by conventional way. This quasi-experimental research employed MCTA test and SE in mathematics scale as the instruments. In general, the research result shows that the MCTA improvement and SE level of the students who are taught by open-ended approach is better than those who are taught conventionally. The results of students' MCTA and SE viewed from school category will be further discussed.Keywords: mathematical creative thinking ability, self-esteem, open-ended approach

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pemecahan masalah matematika siswa ditinjau dari gender. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X APK di SMKM Watulimo Trenggalek. Dua orang siswa dipilih sebagai subjek Yang terdiri dari 1 orang siswa perempuan dan 1 orang siswa laki-laki. Pemelihan subjek dilakukan dengan cara secara metode porposif. Dengan memepertimbangkan seluruh kategori pemecahan masalah berdasarkan penugasan awal pemecahan masalah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan memeriksa pekerjaan siswa dari tes tulis pemecahan masalah yang telah diberikan. Data hasil wawanwacara dan pekerjaan siswa dianalisis dengan mengelompokan ke dalam dua aspek, yaitu proses dan hasil pemecahan masalah. Proses pemecahan masalah mengikuti empat tahapan pemecahan masalah polya yaitu memahami, merencanakan, menyelesaikan dan mengoreksi kembali, sedangkan hasil dikategorikan kedalam empat kategori yaitu sangat baik, baik, cukup dan kurang. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa perempuan lebih unggul dalam strategi maupun kemampuan pemecahan masalah dibandingkan siswa laki-laki.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal how the national character and pedagogic competence have oriented to 21st Century Skills for Students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. This research used to qualitative that using case study approach. This research took place at UPI Campus Purwakarta. Informants at this time are: (1) leadership; (2) lecturers; and (3) students. Data analysis techniques using interactive models Miles and Huberman, namely: data collection, data condensation, display data, and concusion: drawing / verifying. The results of this research is the process of strengthening national character and mastery of pedagogic potential for PGSD UPI Students Purwakarta Campus is in accordance with the needs of 21st century skills. The learning process includes: (1) Project Based Learning; (2) Religious Tutorials; (3) Extracurricular Field Practices; and (4) Video Projects themed Local Wisdom. Abstract

Rounding is one of the materials available in the fourth-grade mathematics learning. Rounding is way to simplify the numbers that need to be simplified. Rounding is closely related to fairly complex numbers. Although there are no formulas in the rounding material used to calculate it, it does not make the rounding material fully understood by students. The purpose of this study in the form of written description tests given to 28 students of Asmi 033 Elementary School in Bandung. The results of the analysis show that there are difficulties faced by students in answering the rounding measurement results of the length and weight of the closest unit because the student’s ability to digest the question sentence into a mathematical sentence is still low. But there is also a possibility because the prerequisites are lacking, especially in decimal number operations

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of mathematical connection skills and students' Self-Efficacy in learning mathematics. This study aims to examine the literature on mathematical connections and student Self-Efficacy through problem-based learning. Through a mathematical connection between material and other material, it is hoped that students can reach several aspects of problem-solving. Self-Efficacy is one of several character values that are cultivated in learning. To deal with a problem requires an attitude of confidence in one's abilities known as Self-Efficacy. This attitude can affect student motivation and performance in mathematics learning. Thus, mathematical connection ability and Self- Efficacy have an important role in mathematics learning. Data collection was carried out by reviewing research from experts in several journals. The data analysis technique was carried out qualitatively by quoting the appropriate opinions.

Abstract

Penilaian merupakan salah satu komponen dalam kegiatan pembelajaran guna mengetahui ketercapaian dan keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar.  Sangat penting bagi seorang guru untuk melaksanakan penilaian belajar dalam kondisi apapun sehingga dapat memanfaatkan hasil penilaian tersebut untuk perbaikan dan pencapaian tujuan belajar yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) memberikan gambaran mengenai pelaksanaan penilaian dalam pembelajaran matematika yang dilakukan oleh guru sekolah dasar di Lampung pada masa pandemic covid-19, (2) mengetahui kendala dan hambatan guru sekolah dasar di Lampung dalam melaksanakan penilaian matematika pada masa pandemic covid-19. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian yang dilakukan oleh guru sekolah dasar di Lampung dalam pembelajaran matematika pada masa pandemic cukup dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan guru mengalami kendala dalam melaksanakan penilaian matematika di masa pandemic covid-19, mulai dari kesulitan menilai pemahaman konseptual matematika siswa hingga pada keputusan menentukan nilai akhir semester di masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the types of online learning assessments that can be implemented at elementary education along with its advantages and disadvantages. This studyemployed a qualitative approach with the literature review. The data were analyzed through reviewing the implementation of online learning assessments at elementary education. In addition, the the results of empiricalstudiesregarding the assessments in online learning were also reviewed. The results of this study showed that online learning assessments that can be implementedin elementary education were formative and summative assessments.It includedcognitive assessments, performance assessments, portfolios, writings and journals, self-assessment and peers-assessments. The use of online learningassessments has many advantages such asthe availability to conduct tests on demand and at any time, provides direct feedback to users, the students’quick access to the test results, and a more accurate measurement ofstudent learning. However, online assessment systems also have several drawbacks, such as students who have low information technology (IT) skills might be disadvantaged. For this reason, in implementing online learning and assessment, teachers and studentsshould master information and communication technology skills.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini difokuskan pada pendampingan pembentukan Vocational Skill siswa dalam pemasaran roti melalui praktek kerja industri di Kecamatan Ngronggot Kab. Nganjuk.Tujuan utama pengabdian ini untuk membentuk skil siswa dalam proses pemasaran roti. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode participatory action research(PAR). Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa aktivitas siswa dalam pemasaran roti dimulai dari cara memasak roti yang benar. Yakni mengenal bahan roti yang lengkap, prosedur memasak secara tepat. Sementara dari sisi pemasaran dimulai dari pendataan sasaran pemasaran, ikut memasarkan pada pelanggan dan pasar-pasar baru. Merancang pemasaran secara online dilakukan dengan pembuatan blog di internet, face book, instagram, twitter, dan WA. Dari pelaksanaan pendampingan ini akhirnya dapat menghasilkan skil pemasaran dan pemasaran roti menjadi meningkat. Berkat pendampingan dosen dapat memperkuat hubungan (link) antara perguruan tinggi, sekolah dan pengusaha secara harmonis dan bersama-sama membangun kerja sama dalam pengembangaan ekonomi masyarakat.
