Abstract

One of the terminals in the city of Samarinda Kunjang River Terminal . This terminal is located on Jl . Fortunately Suropati , Coral Acid Ulu . This terminal to accommodate large buses serving the route Samarinda - Balikpapan and the buses are serving the route Samarinda to several districts in Kutai regency upstream, such as City Build , Muara Kaman , Senoni , as well as to the West Kutai like Melak or Cape Isuy . According to data Bappeda and Samarinda city master plan Kunjang River Terminal has an area of approximately 906 m2 and ± 193,876 / year the number of passengers departing from this terminal .               The purpose of this study is to evaluate the capacity of the terminal to the parking needs Kunjang River .               The purpose of this study is as follows :Knowing the volume of parking for buses , public transportation and cars ( introduction and pickup ) in the river terminal KunjangKnowing the accumulation of parking for buses , public transportation and cars ( introduction and pickup ) in the river terminal KunjangKnowing parking duration ( Duration ) for buses , public transportation and cars ( introduction and pickup ) in the river terminal Kunjang               Based on the results of the discussion it can be concluded for the evaluation of parking in Samarinda Kun.jang River Terminal is The volume of river park at terminal Kunjang for some kind of vehicle functions such as :               Bis AKDP average daily volume of vehicles out from 75.43 to 75 units , vehicles entering from 46.71 to 47 units , the volume of 800.71 to 801 units . Public transportation average daily volume of vehicles out 140.86 to 141 units , vehicles entering from 125.57 to 126 units , the volume of 580.57 to 581 units . Four wheels ( introduction and pickup ) , the average daily volume of vehicles out 107.29 to 107 units , vehicles entering from 105.14 to 105 units , the volume of 235.14 to 235 units .               Accumulation in the terminal parking Kunjang River for some kind of vehicle functions such as : Bus AKDP average obtained for the accumulation of 725.29 to 725 units , public transportation to the average obtained by the accumulation of 739.71 to 740 units , four wheels ( introduction and pickup ) to the average obtained by the accumulation of 127.86 to 128 units .               Parking long time ( duration ) in the terminal parking Kunjang River for some kind of vehicle functions such as : Bus AKDP obtained for the average duration of 90.90 minutes , public transportation and to obtain an average duration of 90.19 minutes , four wheels ( introduction and pickup ) to obtain an average duration of 89.78 minutes

Abstract

Pengaruh Kepemikmpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Berprestasi, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kedisiplinan Guru SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap kedisiplinan guru SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada lingkup SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai selatan, dengan objek penelitian dibatasi pada variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi guru, dan kompensasi sebagai variabel bebas dan kedisiplinan guru sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel sehingga sampel sebanyak 39 orang guru PNS pada SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai Selatan. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diperkuat dengan hasil observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Analisis hasil penelitian diolah dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kompensasi terhadap kedisiplinan guru SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai Selatan baik secara parsial yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung t tabel dengan α = 0,05 dan nilai p 0,001 untuk masing-masing variabel bebas, dan secara simultan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 40,665 yang berarti Fhitung Ftabel dengan p 0,001 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil analisis tersebut menentukan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, dan kompensasi secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kedisiplinan guru SMA Negeri 1 Sinjai Selatan

Abstract

This article temps to investigate Muslims Scholars of Bugis’ viewpoints base on the Qur’an in Tafesere Akorang Mabbasa Ogi by MUI of South  Sulawesi  when they ellaborated  verses of the Quran on ‘iddah and its relevance to the value of local wisdom and culture of the Bugis. The coherence of their viewpoints  and the  values  of local wisdom  and culture  of the  Bugis  has been ellaborated,  they  studied  verses of the  Quran about  ‘iddah are relevant or related. The Bugis people have princpile and philosophy of life which are related to the doctrine of Islam. They can stand on the values of local culture, not only because of undertanding Islam well, but also because of their consistence to the philosophy of life. ‘Iddah which have arranged time limit sala>sah quru>’ is not so difficult to be conducted by devorced women of Bugis. They are also able to protect  themselves  for not doing unproper thing (ih}da>d),  including  proper  marriageable.  The  devorced  women have  no  problem  and  difficulty  during  the  limitation   of  time (iddah and ih}da>d) to not marry for the time being, and they can protect  themselves  because  they  hand the  principle  and values of siri’, lempu’, asitinajang, and paccing. These principles which become values of purity and self honor.

Abstract

The levels of Pb, Cu, Cd and Zn in sawi (Barsssica rapa), ground kuna (Ipomea reptans), and spinach (Amaranthus tricolor) in the area of Paya Rumput Titipapan Medan village have been done. The goal is to know the levels of these metals in vegetables grown in the agricultural area of Paya Rumput Titipapan Village. Samples taken randomly in wash drained and weighed. Wet weight then dried at a temperature of 50-100o C for 3 hours, After dry on weigh in gerus until smooth. The sample was destructed with concentrated nitric acid with temperature 80o C, the sample was analyzed by using atomic absorption spectrophotometric (AAS). The results showed the highest levels of lead found in spinach is 6 mg / kg. Levels of cadmium in kale and spinach is 3 mg / kg. While the Cu content on the analysis results are still within the maximum limit. The concentration of Pb, Cd, Zn in each sample exceeds the maximum allowed by the Decree of Dit Jend POM No 03725 / B / SKVII / 89 and SNI 7387: 2009.

Abstract

ABSTRACT“The pursuit of happiness” was one of the spirit belonged to the European people in the Age of Exploration. This jargon was realized when the European lost their freedom to act, especially freedom to get better life and to embrace religious belief, hence, to have the freedom, they explored other hemisphere to reach their goal. The discussion is started by the description of England condition especially in the early of 17th century which pushed the English went out from their mother land. Jamestown conditions became pull factors, so they explored and tried to settle in it. This article will focus on push factors for the European exploring the New World. Push factors relate to the unstable condition of Europe especially in England such as religion, politics, and economy.

Abstract

Performance financial evaluation became a primary indicator for management, especially a bank. This research evaluated asset and liability management of PT Bank X to describe its risk and return, by using financial ratios. The results found that performance ratios of PT Bank X decreasingly, where interest margin and net margin decreased to negative. This because of interest expenses and other operational expenses increased. Risk evaluation based on liquidity ratio were also decreasing in 2006 – 2007, because of the most assets of the bank became illiquid assest and default credits. On the other hand, this conditions became worse because of “Rush”, many of their customers took their money out from the bank on the same period. In 2008, bank has reduced their default credits succesively and made its liquiditiy better than previous year. Bad quality of credit management and control made the bank budgets their bad allowances for default credits higher and made bank’s capital risk higher too. Finally, all of bank’s capital was financed with their liabilities. The other hand, bank’s operating risk were recovered slowly, by organzation rationalization to reduce number of employees, as efficiency also. But this effort, indeed, made employee expenses increasing because management must pay golden-shake hand costs to employees.

Abstract

The development of banking industries in Indonesia is followed by many Islamic banks popping up that offer different products with existing products in the conventional banking products: murabahah which is the flagship product of Islamic banks so that the proportion is the most dominating product among other products. Murabahah is a sale and purchase agreement with the selling price of goods at cost plus an agreed profit which the seller must disclose the cost of the goods to the buyer. This study aims to investigate the implementation of Murabahah financing at Syariat Bank X and to know the accounting treatment of murabahah in Syariat Bank X and compliance with PSAK 102. The research problem is how the application and the accounting treatment of Murabahah in Bank Syariat X year 2010 - 2011 and compliance with PSAK 102. This study used qualitative approach to the secondary data collection methods and interviews with Syariat Bank X management. The results of the study showed that in terms of the accounting treatment of Murabahah transactions, the accounting treatment of Murabahah in Syariat Bank X is not in accordance with PSAK 102 on Accounting for Murabahah Syariat Bank X  in implementing orders only apply where an order only, whereas PSAK 102, murabahah can be done with/without any order. And in the case of disclosure of accounting murabahah, there is a lack of Syariat Bank X from the seller or the bank without the express terms of the purchaser. Based on this research, Syariat Bank X should complete in terms of disclosure of accounting disclosure Murabahah which explains in terms of the buyer and implementing murabahah without orders in accordance with PSAK 102.

Abstract

This research is to examine corporate social responsibility disclosure and its level in Indonesian companies. Based on a review of previous researches, six independents variables are extracted for a multiple regression analysis. They are company size, profitability, age, leverage, liquidity, and public ownership. The technique for examining multiple regression analysis by using spss 11,5 programs. Samples of this research are 41 high profile companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2005, 2006, and 2007 acquired using purposive sampling method. The results of this research sowed that on significance rate of 5%, the company size, age, leverage, and liquidity has a significance effect with corporate social responsibilities disclosures. While for the profitability and public ownership has no effect with corporate social responsibilities. These results generally coincide with previous research findings on corporate social responsibilities disclosures.

Abstract

Disbursement of funds by Islamic banks expected to get results have direct implications to the fund owner. If the investments made by the Islamic banks have payments that are not smooth and even jammed, can result in a small earned income and income received by the owner of the funds raised to be too small. All types of financing provided by banks to customers have experienced financing problems. Based on the information and data obtained, the most problematic financing for 2010 is the ijara financing, which underlies the preparation of this study. Research uses descriptive method of analysis. The research objective was to determine how the application of PT. Bank Syariah “X” in ijara financing problems, how it compares ijara financing problems in PT Bank Syariah “X” with non-performing loans at conventional banks, and how it compares to compliancewith SFAS 107 on accounting ijara at PT. Bank Syariah “X”. The benefits of research for the PT Bank Syariah “X” can be an evaluation of the practice that has been done in Indonesia Islamic banking world. Bank Syariah “X”. Accounting records ijara financing for the financing of the reverse problem of scheduling has been agreed will be recorded as revenue ijara receivables. The conclusion of the study is the recording of the restructuredijara financing, PT Bank Syariah “X” will record the repayment of the existing contract and replace with a new contract that has been adjusted in both the number and schedule of installment payments previously agreed by the customer and the PT. Bank Syariah “X”. Ijarah accounting records adopted by the PT Bank Syariah “X” are in accordance with SFAS 107 on accounting ijara.

Abstract

Islamic accounting standard is necessary in order to support the development of Islamic banking since it becomes the key to success standard Islamic bank in serving the community. Information provided by Islamic banks can be either financial reports or information of Islamic banking products. Broadly speaking, these products funding and lending of Islamic banks mobilize funds are grouped in a scheme consisting of the principles of Islamic banks are wadiah financing and mudarabah financing. The research focuses on the profit and loss sharing scheme, particularly the Musharakah financing. This research is to compare between theory and practice prevailing in the company, especially in the accounting treatment and measurement of the Musharaka Islamic Bank X, about whether or not the accounting treatment in accordance with PSAK 106. Accounting Musharaka. The results of this study suggest that accounting Applied Islamic Bank X, are in accordance with PSAK 106, only in writing the name of the estimates in recording with financing terms should be replaced with Musharaka investment.
