Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas SDN IV Gugus II Tilatang Kamang Kabupaten Agam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain quasi eksperiment design.Penelitian dilakukan di Gugus II Tilatang Kamang Kabupaten Agam.Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik cluster random sampling dengan berdasarkan normalitas dan homogenitas, maka terpilihlah SDN 19 Gadut sebagai kelas eksperimen dan SDN 24 Gadut sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes objektif dalam bentuk tes pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik inferensial dengan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan t-test, diperoleh thitung= (2,40) > ttabel (1,72) pada taraf signifikan 0,05 .Artinya thitung > ttabel, sehingga H1 diterima. Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas IV sekolah dasar

Kegiatan penelitian ini  bertujuan guna melihat benar atau tidaknya penerapan model cooperative learning tipe jigsaw memberikan dampak yang signifikan kepada peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran tematik pada kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar (SD), teknik atau metode pada penelitian ini yaitu metode quasy eksperimental design. Kegiatan penelitian akan dilaksanakan di lingkup sekolah dasar sekenagarian Sialang yang berjumlah enam sekolah yaitu Sekolah Dasar A, Sekolah Dasar B, Sekolah Dasar C, Sekolah Dasar D, Sekolah Dasar E dan Sekolah Dasar F pada tanggal 12- 26 Oktober 2021. Untuk memperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik pusposive sampling dan dikombinasikan dengan simple random sampling untuk menentukan kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Selanjutnya, menentukan mana SD yang menjadi group atau kelompok eksperimen serta kontrol dengan memakai teknik simple random sampling. berdasarkan data yang diperoleh posttest untuk kelompok ekperimen dan kontrol untuk uji t maka diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,12 2,060 untuk nilai t-tabel. Sehingga dari persamaan berikut dapat dinyatakan Ha diterima atau hipotesis penelitian diterima, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model cooperative learning tipe jigsaw terhadap hasil belajar tematik peserta didik kelas IV SD pada sampel penelitian ini..

Living in the era of globalization, people are required to have literacy competencies in order to build and validate the knowledge received. Furthermore, rapid technological developments demand everyone to be better able to sort out opinions and facts, and to recognize biased content or fake news. Therefore, teachers, especially in-service teachers have an important role in improving literacy competence of elementary school students. They have to meet three scientific literacy competencies that are integrated in mathematics to improve their quality as educators. This study then aims to determine the integrated mathematical literacy competence of in-service teachers in elementary school. The competence consists of three indicators, including 1) being able to explain scientific phenomena, 2) being able to assess and apply scientific procedures, 3) and being able to interpret data. This descriptive study employs a test of ten questions as an instrument. The results of data analysis show that mathematics-integrated scientific literacy competence of in-service teachers in elementary school in explaining scientific phenomena, and assessing and applying scientific procedures is high. Meanwhile, integrated mathematics scientific literacy competence of the teachers in interpreting data is low.

The problem in the thematic learning of class V Elementary School is caused by conventional teaching methods and does not use engaging learning media so that students feel bored to take part in learning activities. This research is a follow-up to the results of the validity test and practicality test of interactive multimedia developed using the Android Operating System. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of android-based interactive multimedia. The method used to collect data is observation, interviews, and tests. The instrument used to collect data is a test question. Data were analyzed using a t-test. In previous studies, the validity of android-based interactive multimedia was tested through expert validity tests and practicality tests through individual trials. The effectiveness of using Android-based interactive multimedia was tested by giving a pretest-posttest in the form of an objective test consisting of 20 questions with 12 students. The effectiveness test results of student learning outcomes from the pretest and post-test data showed an increase from the average before using android-based interactive learning media. Based on these data, it can be said that interactive multimedia based on android thematic learning to improve student learning outcomes in students is valid, practical and effective for use in the learning process. Thus, it can be said that the Android-based interactive multimedia developed effectively improves the learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students.

The purpose of this study is to find out the critical thinking skills indicators and aspects of prospective elementary school teachers in mathematics-science integration lectures on electrical circuits and mathematical logic lesson. This research uses random sampling technique in which 30 first semester students were chosen randomly from one of university in Padang region West Sumatera Indonesia. This research uses Research and Development (R and D). The critical thinking skills are seen from processes, observations, and tests. The process of critical thinking skills of prospective elementary school teachers on the average of critical thinking skills indicator is 84% in strategies and tactics, 80% in advanced clarification and 83% in elementary clarification, basic support, and inference. The result of observing the critical thinking skills of prospective elementary school teachers on the average of each lectures is significantly increased to be 81.9%. The results of pre-test and post-test were increased significantly. It is shown from N-gain of 0.7 to be medium category.

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to develop a problem-based model of science and mathematics integration for use by PGSD students that were valid and feasible to use in learning, to find out the effectiveness of problem-based science and mathematics integration models for basic education developed and help students to understand mathematical concepts and the concept of science and accelerate student graduation. In this study, it has reached the design and develop stage, the product has been validated, but it still needs testing steps to see the effectiveness of the product produced. From the results obtained it can be concluded that the development of the Science and Math Integration Model Development Model is valid in the view of the validators. Pemblajaran tematik merupakan pembelajaran yang menggabungkan beberapa mata pelajaran yang saling berkaitan satu sama lain yang digabungkan dalam satu tema pembelajaran. Pembelajaran IPA adalah salah mata pelajaaran yang terkait dalam pembelajara tematik. Pembelajaran IPA merupakan ilmu yang berhubungan dengan alam dan kebendaan, yang disusun secara sistematis melaui percobaan dan pengamatan sehingga dapat memecahkan suatu masalah dan memperoleh hasil yang berlaku tidak hanya pada satu orang melainkan pada beberapa percobaan dengan hasil yang sama dan konsisten. Dalam pelaksanaan pembejaaran IPA tematik terdapat beberapa kendala yang memunculkan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran, sehingga dibutuhkan model pembelajaran yang cocok untuk dapat mengatasi permaslahan tersebut. Salah satu model pemblajaran yang digunakan adalah model problem based learning, yang berbasis masalah, yang melibatkan siswa untuk menemukan pemecahan masalah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam rangka bimbingan menulis proposal dan melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) serta membuat laporan PTK dalam bentuk artikel bagi guru-guru kimia agar dapat dipublikasikan pada jurnal Nasioanl atau Internasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Kota Bukittinggi selama 2 hari dengan jumlah peserta 13 orang guru kimia. Dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan ini dilakukan 4 metode. Pertama, metode ceramah ketika penyampaian materi; kedua, metode tanya jawab; ketiga, praktik pelaksanaan didampingi oleh tim ahli; keempat, diskusi untuk mengidentifikasi keberhasilan peserta. Sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan peserta diberikan angket mengenai keperluan peserta terhadap materi serta pemahaman peserta terhadap materi. Dalam kegiatan ini peserta dapat mengetahui permasalahan dikelas dan juga cara penelusuran artikel PTK secara online, metode dan Teknik penulisan artikel hasil PTK, teknik submit artikel hasil PTK kepada jurnal Nasional, serta penggunaan program Mendeley untuk mempermudah penulisan sitasi dan daftar pustaka pada artikel. Hasil pemahaman peserta sebelum penyampain materi dengan setelah penyampaian materi mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan yang ditandai dengan kenaikan jumlah pesrta yang paham. Dengan adanya bimbingan penulisan artikel dan penyusunan PTK ini memberikan motivasi kepada guru untuk membuat karya ilmiah berupa artikel hingga dapat dipublikasi.

The phenomenon of students who clean the school grounds before the bells enter the lesson, pay attention to the cleanliness conditions around the seat and before coming home from school the students always water the flower plants. All these activities are carried out consciously without a teacher's order. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the value of caring for the environment through learning in the classroom, the implementation of the value of caring for the environment through extracurricular activities and the obstacles found in the implementation of the value of caring for the environment in elementary schools. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Informants are determined using Purposive Sampling. the research results obtained findings that (1) Internalization of the value of environmental care in learning planning in the form of compiling teaching devices such as syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and learning media, the device has been analyzed in advance about the value content contained in the material to be taught (2 ) Implementation of the value of environmental care is integrated through learning in the classroom and through routine school activities, spontaneous activities and through exemplary behavior (3) Obstacles found in the implementation of the value of environmental care consist of internal factors such as, bad habits of students do not care about personal hygiene, lack of knowledge students to choose the scattered garbage. External factors such as lack of adequate facilities and lack of collaboration between parents and teachers in schools.

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires students to have higher-order thinking skills in solving everyday problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of high-order thinking skills of elementary school students using problem-based learning. This research was a classroom action research conducted on 30 fifth grade students of SDN 05 Birugo. The results showed that the average score of students' initial ability was 45.00 with a percentage of completeness of 35%, in cycle 1 getting an average score of 58.00 with a percentage of completeness of 70% and in cycle 2 getting an average score of 75.00 with 80% completeness. The results showed an increase of high-order thinking skills of elementary school students using problem-based learning. The implications of this study can be used as a reference for improving Higher-Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) of elementary school students.
