Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh OJT (On The Job Training) dan peran orangtua terhadapminat berwirausaha pada siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang tahunajaran 2013/2014. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansiSMK Negeri 2 Semarang sebanyak 108 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh populasi yangberjumlah 108 siswa. Metode pengump ulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner. Metode analisis datayang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa ada pengaruh positif antara OJT dan peran orangtua terhadap minat berwi rausaha. Hasil penelitiandiperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 27,396+0,233X1+0,892X2+e. Kontribusi OJT dan peranorangtua terhadap minat berwirausaha secara silmutan sebesar 29,8%. Besarnya pengaruh secara parsial variabelOJT sebesar 4,54% dan besarnya pengaruh secara parsial variabel peran orangtua sebesar 16,08%. Berdasarkanhasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh OJT dan peran orangtua terhadap minat berwirausaha siswakelas XII kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Semara ng tahun ajaran 2013/2014 baik secara simultanmaupun parsial. This research has purpose for knowing effect of OJT (On The Job Training) and parent’s fungtion toward interesting inentrepreneurship simultaneously and partially students class XII accounting skills competence in Vocational High School State2 Semarang year 2013/2014. Based on the results of the study can concluded that there was the influence ofOJT and parent’s fungtion toward interesting in entrepreneurship class XII student accounting skills competence in VocationalHigh School State 2 Semarang year 2013/2014 either simultaneously or partially.
