Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA N 9 Semarang melalui pembelajaran Team Game Tournament berbantuan media Number Card. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tipe kolaboratif. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 17 April 15 Mei 2015. Penelitian dilakukakan dalam tiga siklus. Siklus I terdiri dari enam jam pelajaran, siklus II terdiri dari tujuh jam pelajaran, dan siklus III terdiri dari enam jam pelajaran. Terdapat enam aspek keaktifan yang diamati dalam penelitian ini. Siswa dapat dikatakan aktif apabila minimal empat dari enam aspek yang diamati memperoleh minimal kategori baik. Pada siklus I terdapat 85,7% dari jumlah siswa yang sudah dapat dikatakan aktif, sedangkan pada siklus II dan siklus III persentase jumlah siswa yang dapat dikatakan aktif mencapai 100%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Team Game Tournament berbantuan media Number Card dapat meningkatakan keaktifan siswa kelas XI IPA 3 SMA N 9 Semarang.This research aims to increase the activity of class XI IPA 3 SMAN 9 Semarang through Team Game Tournament assisted Number Card learning media. This research is a type of collaborative classroom action. The study was conducted on 17 April - 15 May 2015. The study was conducted in three cycles. The first cycle consists of six hours of lessons, the second cycle consists of seven hours of lessons, and the third cycle consists of six hours of lessons. There are six aspects of the activity observed in this study. Students can be said to be active when at least four of the six aspects of the observed obtains at least "good" category. In the first cycle, terdapat 85,7% of the number of students who can already be said to be active, while in the second cycle and the third cycle the percentage of students who can be said to be active up to 100%. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that Team Game Tournament assisted Number Card learning media can increase the activity of class XI IPA 3 SMAN 9 Semarang.
